    Good Points: No good points.

Bad Points: Abomination of a service. A complete joke.

General comments: Lloyds TSB Advance Card and the bank's service has been nothing but a joke from the start and has meant that every month I have had to spend a significant amount of time on the phone sorting out problems.

I have the card purely for a 0% balance transer of 12 months and have never used the card other than for this. Yet very month I get charged for something that I haven't bought, or charged interest when my intrest free period is far from expiring. Even the guy on the phone admitted that they were 'probably trying it on'. You have got to admire his honesty!

It's just phone call after phone call. Nobody returns your calls (ever) - when you get in touch with them they're all apologies and give you the impression that something is finally being done and then.... nothing happens. I have been made so many broken promises it's truly unbelievable. Please do not put business their way. A bank that operates like this really should not be in business at all. Perhaps it's their way of cheesing off customer who they aren't making money from. But if that's so - they should offer these products in the first place.
