Good Points: It's a one stop shop for just about everything computer or electronic related!
They stock office supplies and furniture.
Shop policies are very well stated and easy to understand.

Bad Points: High delivery Charges to Northern Ireland and other islands.

General comments: I purchased a set of speakers from Electra Sales late on a Wednesday evening. The checkout process was simple. Once I created an account I received an email welcoming me. I was happy to be able to use Paypal to process my payment, and upon completing the transaction I received an email order confirmation. I felt very informed about the whole process, and knew exactly what was happening each step of the way before my item was dispatched. When dispatched I was sent the tracking details. The item was sent by courier and arrived on the Friday. I was very impressed, as the whole procedure and delivery took less than 2 days. If I was to complete the order earlier in the day I would have had my speakers next day, but this was my fault not Electra Sales.

My order was professionally packaged, and there was no damage at all. I now have a very stylish set of speakers, and I'm well pleased!

I would recommend Electra Sales to anyone, and most of my friends have thanked me for introducing them to Electra Sales.
