    Wimbledon Pine or the Pine Factory whatever you call it is a complete rip off. I bought some bedroom furniture from them finished in white. They said it would take 3weeks to deliver infact it took 3 months, but that is not the problem. It was the cheapest nastiest furniture with a very poor finish after much discussion I decided to send it back this is where you see what this company is all about.
    I urge you to go on their site and look at their returns policy I was told I had to pay a 75% cancellation charge and £150.00 transport charge basically by the time the stuff went back I not only had been through a very stressfull ruck with them and I am 63 and have a serious heart condition, but for them sending me a lot of inferior furnitue I actually owed them money. So there was no refund at all.

    Quick delivery, very well priced - quality bed. My experience with Wimbledon Pine was quite pleasant. I ordered a 5ft pine bed - it arrived as described.

    I ordered 2 pine doors from the Pine Factory at the begining of January and had the wrong order delivered at easter after chasing them weekly, am now trying to get the order changed or my money back. I've lost count of the number of times I've called and they've never called me back despite promising on numerous occasions. I would strongly advise people thinking of using them to stay well clear.

    The Pine Factory is the worst company I have ever dealt with, I ordered a sideboard in the middle of May and at the end of July I am still waiting for it. First I was told (six weeks ago) that the item had to be re - made as it had failed its quality service checks then told that they had misplaced my order. I phoned up yesterday to be told they would check my order and would phone me back (this occurred three times) I am unable to cancel my order without forfeiting 35% of the cost of the item. ...

    I ordered a wardrobe from The Pine Factory. I emailed beforehand to check it wasn't flat pack, and they said "no, it's ready assembled". 4 weeks later it arrived, and it was a flat pack. I called them up and they say "oh, those wardrobes usually come assembled". Eventually they called me back to say it wasn't assembled because if it had been, it wouldn't fit through the door of my house.     I ordered a Hamlet glazed interior door on 7th November 2005, the delivery was supposted to be 3 weeks and I am still waiting, I have phoned the Pine Factory customer services every week since the begining of December only to given the same story.

    I ordered a bed from the Pine Factory called "Shaker Bed 4' 6" Low End" for £115 and a further £30 was charged for delivery. The bed is a self assembly item and when I went through the assembly instructions I discovered that one of the items central to the construction of the base of the bed is missing.
