    Good Points: Location, Large rooms


    Bad Points: Service


    General comments: I've stayed here at the Hilton Green Plaza three times and each time there has been a problem. The first time there was no hot water for two days, the next time they lost my booking and the general service was awful, and last time they forgot to pick me up from the airport. There are other numerous problems with service but I won't mention them now. It is a real shame as the hotel itself is quite nice. The Italian restaurant is one of the best I've been to in Egypt. The gym is quite small and not well equipped, but the hotel is amongst a shopping centre which gives you something to walk around and have a look at.
