Love mobile fun for the simple reason that I have just purchased my first ever iPhone (5) and the amount of gadgets and gizmos that mobile fun has to offer for this is amazing, I've come across things that I wouldn't otherwise have thought of! But for me, one of the best things was the fast delivery, I live in Northern Ireland and usually when I order things from mainland UK you would think they were being delivered to the moon it takes so long, but not with mobile fun I'm glad to say! I know for a fact that the product purchase price plus original shipping cost will be the only amounts that will be refunded. The product and service were OK (though delivery took another week than advised). However, i needed to return the car mobile phone holder as it did not fit. As part of UK Distance Selling Rules, mobilefun are required to give a full refund including the postage. So I successfully returned the product, however, they did not return the £2.99 postage and ALSO deducted £3.30 as an admin charge, This is illegal under UK law. The "genuine" mobile phone battery I bought from them exploded in my phone. Trading Standard are currently investigating. However I do believe they genuinely believe these batteries to be the real deal. I have used MobileFun for years and this is the first problem I have ever had. I sent many emails, ALL of which were ignored, including the one sent from PayPal when I logged a dispute. Luckily I used Paypal!
