Teetha contains lactose, which is a sugar, it is inaccurate to say that Teetha is sugar free. It also contains Xylitol, a sweetner, so you will be accustomising your baby to eating sweet treats.<br/>It 'contains' chamomille in a homeopathic dilution of 6C which means that for every part of chamomille, there are 999, 999, 999, 999 parts other ingredients. Effectively, there is no Chamomille itself in the 'treatment'. When you give Teetha to your baby it probably stops grizzling because it likes the sweetness.
