Good Points: This game will make you more fit, and help you organize training over 12 weeks. I don't like it in a way of comfort, but I like the level of fitness of my body since using it.
It's tough, but it's totally worth it.

Bad Points: Exercises are well thought out - The only problem occurs whilst playing interactive games. SOMETIMES, because of the darkness of your room, your distance from the camera makes it act incorrectly, and it doesn't notice your moves. The main problem would be the lack of space.

General comments: For those who are interested in improving stamina and endurance, then definitely buy the Eyetoy: Kinetic PS2 game. It will sometimes seem to be a pain, but it's worth it. You just listen to your personal trainer (Matt or Anna, I think) and you'll be just fine.

P.S. In my opinion, the "chick" talks way too much :).

    Enjoy!

I would say the Eyetoy: Kinetic PS2 game makes exercising less tedious. I don't know how long I will pursue this, and the game could be for sale on eBay in a months time!

Some of the challenges seem impossible and are therefore frustrating.

I will either improve or sell it. I have just started a 12 week 'personal training' programme, but you can just do individual exercises if you want.
