Me and my boyfriend stayed in the Urban Suite at The Kensington Rooms, which was just as good as it looks on the websites with huge fluffy pillows, a huge bed and funky modern decor. The bathroom was also nice and the towels were very soft, as would be expected from a luxury hotel!
However, the hotel could have benefited from more experienced staff, and attention to detail- such as more than two teabags in a room, biscuits, toothbrushes for forgetful guests and a plug for the bath (without... (read more)

We were looking for a contemporary London venue which wouldn't bankrupt us and we certainly found it with The Kensington Rooms, it was so beautiful, our guests were delighted. The service was brilliant and I would recommend it to anyone getting married in London. (read more)
