Not only are the staff extremely professional and friendly they go out of their way to help you, after a personal tragedy they went above and beyond to make things better for me and I left the shop feeling happier then I had in days. The night before I started dress shopping I was so nervous and didn't sleep well. I made enquiries about a particular dress to buy, then asked if it was in stock for me to look at on the following Sunday. I was told that the shop had the model, size and colour I wanted, so I made an appointment. I live a long way from Colchester (in London), and I asked my mother, who had to come from France, and my sister, from Wiltshire, to come along. However, the staff at the Wedding Shop picked out all the new samples that I liked and could purchase there and then (obviously still with alterations if needed) and also those dresses that could be ordered in time.
