    Good Points: fantastic quality shoes, all shoes are leather lined and the upper is of good quality leather, sies go up to a size 9 (42)


    Bad Points: shoes very expensive


    General comments: My experience with Hobbs shoes has been good. The shoes are made of great quality leather and are completely leather lined, something you don't find a lot nowadays. Also very positive is the fact that the shoes go up to a size 42 which fit my feet.
    On the downside, sales assistants don't ususally seem too knowledgable and often serve two or three customers in the shoe department at the same time.
    Online ordering is good too. Only downside, that you have to print your own copy of confirmation email, even though they do give you a reference number. I also offered to bring my credit card (with which I have paid online) as proof, but no, they wanted a silly printout. As I don't have a printer at home, this turned out rather complicated. Would still order from them again, as I think their quality is unbaetable.

    Excellent service. Hobbs sometimes a bit hard on sale good choice of footwear and clothes.
