    Good Points: None...Absolutely None


    Bad Points: Many hidden charges
    Administrative charges
    No relation between what sales team offers and what you get.
    Crap customer services team.


    General comments: Do NOT even think of dealing with Choose Orange. Again, Never attempt to deal with them.

    I was given an offer by sales team. But after I got the phone, I now know the offer given by sales team was no where near to what the network provider gave to me.
    When I enquired with them and told them what the sales team offered, they said they were not aware of that and they had no way to verify that.

    I gave the manager the person name I talked to and the location and designation...still he said he wouldn't be able to track.
    They were not willing to retrieve the voice records.

    Finally, I was charged the administrative fee of 30 Sterling. I didn't even open the mobile phone box.

    Folks, don't get mislead by what the sales team tells you.

    Never ever order a phone from them.
