I have had nothing but problems with this bike. I have had to replace the chain, complete new brakes, new speedo and rev counter wires, new fuses all the time, constantly have to fill the tyres up with pressure, frame needs welding, back tyre does not sit properly, bolts keep falling off due to vibration. This is to name to but a few! I don't recommend anyone buy one unless they have no other choice.

This bike gave me problem after problem, to name a few, a new fuel tank was needed after 1 month, 2nd month a complete engine was needed, and after 6 months of the bike been stored in a locker, an electrical fault occured and the bike caught fire, all that was left with a shell, not such a bad thing in truth.
I would advise anyone looking for a cheap fun bike, don't try and save pennies, buy a make i.e Honda, Kawasaki etc.

The X-Stream x-dirt 125 is not bad for the money, but not a bike that will take your breath away. I think that it is a good learner bike.

my dad bought me my first 125cc low and behold it was the xtream xdirt. It was a nice looking bike and could handle off-roading until, i was coming home from college one night, when i decided to open it up and the rev cable snapped, i got it home and fitted a new one got back on the road till the crome on the exhaust fell off. got two blow outs in the rear, and fuel lines started to perish and split, rubber on the carb joining to the engine perished and the rev meter on the speedo stoped, brakes ...

Had my bike for 2 years of which i have not been home for 9 months. Since purchase, Exhaust fell off at traffic lights due to vibration as had my taco been destroyed by vibration.
Brakes are not the best quality.
The bike is a danger and I strongly urge people to buy well established company names for safety and piece of mind.
    STAY AWAY FROM CHINESE IMPORTS.

On the whole the X-Stream x-dirt was good value for money. The build quality was not great and how long it will last remains to be seen. I sold at one year old with 6000KM on clock and only lost £80 on resale, which is quite good.

Since I got my X-Stream x-dirt 125 its rusted very badly, exhaust is blowing, speedo has broken, bolts fall of, lights have burnt out, chain falls of fuel pipe worn out and battery keeps going flat very bad to start up. Over all a load of rubbish. Does anybody know where you can get parts for these bikes? The company I bought it of has disappeared.

The X-Stream x-dirt 125 is absolutely rubbish - avoid like the plague. I went straight for my 125 CBT and wanted an Aprillia RS 125, but as these were expensive I decided to get an x-stream. I paid £800 for it as it was just a year old and had done 240 km. What a pile of crud it is. The exhaust fell off after about 30 mins, the front light broke, the passenger footrest welding broke off and jammed into the back wheel when I was going flat out and the chain has fallen off several times and ...

It's a great bike, all I would recommend is changing the main bolts, like exhaust bolts etc with new ones, tighten or superglue the other bolts and the bike will be fine, mine has been for nearly 2 years and 6k miles on the clock, got some new sprockets and it hits 75mph.

I contacted X-Stream several times for repairs etc. on the bike and in the end I had to get trading standards involved - I wrote to them and also got the company to take my bike away so they could assess it fully.

About 2 months later it was confirmed the bike was no good and bolts kept sheering off because the whole thing was out of alignment - as in the screw holes on the left hand side didn't correspond with those on the right hand side.

In the end they scrapped my bike and offered me e ...

I bought the X-Stream x-dirt 125 on Ebay from Europa Int Trading, who now seem to have gone bust, leaving no contact numbers, so my warranty was worthless. I also had an accident recently and needed some spares. I couldn't get any, so my insurance company wrote it off. If anyone know where to get any spares could please let me know?

Looks brilliant sounds well comfortable but you're paying for misery and grief as time goes on and not the most well build machine but if you take it all to bits and replace all bolts spindles and cables it should run maintainance free for a period of time but if you really want a X Stream then well buy one but you will most probably regret it if you want a good bike buy japanese and you will be better off in many ways

Just got me a new job but four weeks in, my 97 cg 125 packed up, so I needed transport quick, so I bought an X-Stream x-dirt 125 for £989 with a helmet, coat and gloves and you all know who from!

Bike was fantastic for around 2 weeks, then it's been all down hill. First to go was my speedo cable, then speedo light, then all the dash display lights. Not a problem I thought, then one night on a lonely B road I used my high beam - "great", I thought, until I see a car coming towards me, so ...

Don't let the looks of the X-Stream x-dirt 125 fool you. They did me and it's been nothing but misery. If you treat them really good, they will last. Engine is brill but the other things are not durable and need replacing but if you could replace all the cheap non durable equipment with good well known durable equipment, it would be a lot more appealing, but it would cost a lot more than the bike is worth. It would be cheaper to get a better known bike. It would be OK if you had a 12 months warr ...
