Good Points: A glass packaging that looks like some premium brands' stuff.
Bad Points: It does not do anything! Plus it has a cheap-feel texture.
General comments: I was sceptical about Time Delay purple-coloured eye cream and it hugely let me down. It isn't very moisturing and the texture is so tacky that could be easily mistaken as some cheap and nasty brand. I think it is such a con and does not do anything good as far as I can see/feel!
