Good Points: None so far

Bad Points: Horrendous wait time and customer service

General comments: I ordered a soap from soapsaysit.com two weeks ago and still haven't received it. There isn't a phone number listed for them and they don't respond to emails so I have no idea if my order is even coming or not. I decided to Google map them to see if anything even existed at the address and apparently the address they listed is for a place called Majic Touch Spa. I really like the idea of personalized soaps but if I ever decide to order one again, I'll definitely order from somene else.

I ordered a few soaps from Soap Says It and it took almost 2 weeks to deliver. I tried to contact them and all I ever got whenever I tried was a voice mail and I never received a reply to my emails. I feel there are other websites out there that do the same thing with excellent customer service.

If you are like me, finding a Christmas gift can really take the fun out of the holiday season. This year a my girlfriend recommended soapsaysit.com to me and I was absolutlly delighted. They make the cutest personalized soaps that are great for stocking stuffers. Also, I will be using them again for Valentines Day for sure.

I found soapsaysit.com while looking for a Mothers Day gift. Not only is it Mothers Day soon, but also my mom will be turning 50. Every year I get my mom flowers and a card. Since this year is more special, I wanted to let her know how much she means to this family. I found this site that makes personalized soaps. My mom loves bath & body type gifts, so this was perfect. This year I started my Christmas shopping really early. I wanted to find something unique and personalized for all my loved ones. I wanted to suprise them with a gift that they have never seen before. I ran across this great website called Soap Says It by accident. They make really beautiful personalized soaps that are tied in a sheer fabric bag and sent in a really cute gift box. It was really fun placing my order, because I customized every soap with a different message.
