Service was great, kept informed, chair arrived quickly etc. The only problem with the chair is the lumbar support which is actually painful to rest against so I've had to pad it out with some bubble wrap. Also it is not as adjustable as I'd hoped - you can only move it up and down by about an inch - I wouldn't call this 'fully adjustable'. The Turin manager's swivel chair was delivered as soon as it could be (there was a weekend between ordering and receiving !). The assembly of this chair was straight forward and mostly could be done by myself (female pensioner). The only fault I could find in the assembly process was that the BOLT HOLES IN THE SIDES OF THE BACK OF THE CHAIR FOR THE ARMS HAD NOT BEEN DRILLED ACCURATELY AT THE FACTORY ! The website clearly stated that the item would be "Delivered fully assembled" and so we booked the installation service at £37. I've used Equip4work twice now since there furniture is well priced - however this is the second time it hasnt arrived within the said timescales. Ordering chairs is simple and next day - ordering desks appears to be beyond their ability. I also had first one installed and it fell apart the next day. This company trades under two names, equip4work and Office Furniture online. The furniture range I purchased (Dalton), although sold as "Superior Quality" was a la MFI 1980. The items were delivered on the last minute, and they sent half of the wrong items, the items that were correct had missing fixings. Let's hope that the Company responsible for this iffy service and misleading information read this review and take heed, otherwise if they did not improve all round, I can see custom falling off dramatically ! Just an observation.
