    Good Points: Website easy to use. Low prices and no delivery charge.


    General comments: Equip4Work has nice furniture and good website. Will use them again.

    We ordered some leather chairs for our new offices fom Equip4Work. Very good prices and next day delivery as promised. Was surprised how easy it was. Recommended.

    Good service. We bought a filing cabinet from Equip4work last week and it arrived 3 days later. Their website said it would take 7-12 days for delivery, but we were pleasantly surprised when they called the next morning to say they were coming our way and would we be in to take it early? The item is very well made and the picture on the site is a very good representation of the cabinet.

    I ordered some office cupboards from equip4work and they delivered when they said they would. The cupboards are very good and solidly built. Would recommend this company to anybody looking for good quality at reasonable prices.

    Equip4work........ more like EquippedforNOTHING they take your money, wait three weeks and then only when you call and call and call and hassle them, they tell you they don't have the ability to deliver what you want then try and fob you off with a different item that you didn't order in the first place.......... REALLY AWFUL customer service.......

    I received my order from Equip4Work promptly but within two months the item proved to be faulty.

    I informed customer services who did send out a replacement part which did not fit.

    Since then (over three months) I have spoken to customer services about it many times, and received many promises of a new part, call backs, delivery and replacement, all to no avail.

    I will not be ordering from them again.

    Equip4Work is a joke, customer service is 0. I have ordered my desk a month ago, they've phoned me couple of times to confirm my delivery time , both times- no show. There is no one to talk to, there is no :I am sorry and we are trying to help you, just arrogant and ignorant people. They can take money all right, but they don't deliver. .. unprofessional and a waste of time. Watch your money!

    Very pleased with the whole service, from order confirmation through to delivery. Would certainly use Equip4work again if requiring something they stock.

    I ordered a desk from Office Furniture Online, which is a trading name alias for Equip 4 Work, only to be told a week later that they didn't have stock (this after they had already debited my account). This only occurred because I phoned in to check on my order, otherwise who knows when I would have found out.
    Their solution was to offer me a completely different desk that was unsuitable for my needs. I cancelled my order, expecting my money to be refunded, and am still waiting for it 10 days la ...

    I recently purchased the Tokyo Glass IT Desk and I would like to say a big thank you to the very quick processing of my order and delivery (it arrived within under 24 hours of ordering it) as I needed it urgently.
    It also came packaged superbly and the desk itself is of very good quality.

    I have no hesitation in recommending Equip4Work, a pleasure to deal with them, they certainly came up with all the goods!

    Having lost £475 last year when I'd ordered and paid for a washing machine with another online store who subsequently went bust, I've been wary of ordering and paying for items on the internet ever since.

    But Equip4Work were a refreshing change and I'd recommend them to anybody !

    I ordered a desk from equip4work after reading the reviews here. After placing my order over the phone, I received an e-mail a few days later confirming the delivery date. The item arrived on the specified day and was delivered within the time frame stated on their Web site.

    I ordered some home office equipment having trawled numerous sites. Equip4Work's site is easy to navigate. Ordering very simple.
    I received a call offering delivery dates however I was out of the country. These guys bent over backwards to meet a date that I was back in the country and delivered on time with a courtesy call to advise an expected time.

    Overall a superb company to deal with.

    Equip4Work, fast Delivery, helpful Staff, products as described. I ordered on a Friday Lunchtime and received my 2 items (a cupboard and a book case) Tuesday Lunchtime - can't argue with that. No bad points.

    A big thank you to Equip4Work!! Keep up the high standards & I'm sure you will be trading far into the future. Superb service from start to finish. Courtesy call confirming order & delivery was polite & unexpected, Nice touch. Fast, efficient delivery with very helpful delivery driver. Goods ordered are very high quality & well prepared assembly instructions. If all companies were like this my life would be much easier.

    The website suggests that Equip4work holds stock for express delivery. This is false. If you look at the accounts filed at Companies House, there is little value for stock held.

    What the company does is to rely on their suppliers. As was my experience, when the supplier runs out of stock, you wait - despite having paid up front. All Equip4work's customer service dept does is relay the message from the supplier.

    If you are setting up an office, I do not recommend using this company. ...
