Simply perfect. Great service, fantastic food worth every penny. Great for kids and adults. The place you go to after a long day of work with your family to decompress and enjoy life and everyone of it's moments. I loved the food and the service, and although it's not "cheap", it's the complete opposite of a waste of money. (read more)

Food and serivice was great at NY Steakhouse. went for valentine's day, it was very organized and they only took people w/ a reservation that night. we did not wait for a table, we sat right away. reasonable prices for a nice steakhouse. wait staff was on top of everything. we were not rushed at all. after dinner we received a coupon for our next visit for a free dessert or appetizer. Major issues: Ruth's Chris Steakhouse provided sloppy and very slow service before, during, and after all parts of the meal. First appetizer came out right away, then salad came out 25 minutes later. Clearly they forgot about us for a while. Salad was awful. Also, they don't seem to know how to prepare a filet which they had over an hour to prepare. Ordered two of them, Medium. One was quite rare, other was medium-well. Not knowing how to make steak at a steakhouse is a big problem! ... (read more)
