    Bad Points: NONE AT ALL !!


    General comments: Cant complain as everytime I have ordered them for people they have been great. Always arrived on time. Flowers lasted well, good value for money. did what I asked them too. no problems with this company whats so ever!

    I ordered flowers for mothers day... they arrived 3 days later. in my mothers words they were awful and she had to throw them away as they did not live that long. i also paid for a box of chocolates to be delivered with them and they did not arrive...
    so disappointed and let down.

    back to the flower shop I guess to make it up to mum as I have not yet as far as I know had any apology. i have sent 2 emails. one returned!!

    I ordered a large bunch of white roses to be delivered for Mothers day, they were eventually delivered 3 days and 3 emails later. The flowers when they arrived were mixed colours and mixed types, all were completely open and looked like they had been in dirty water for days. I have still had no response or apology and would strongly urge you not to use them.

    I ordered flowers for my valentines, dozen red roses and balloons from Blooming Britain. After the order was made I received confirmation via email instantly with delivery date of 14/02.
    The flowers were not delivered on the 14, after I tried numerous times to call, either getting no answer or a busy dial tone. I tried again the following day - again could not get through to anyone. Eventually the flowers were delivered on the 15 - a day late, not the order placed but pink flowers instead ...

    It was a terrible customer experience and they showed no willingness to sort it out. I have now instructed my credit card company to enter the dispute process, and I will be pursuing a full refund from Blooming Britain.

    Flowers 3 days late, and the flowers were dead. The card was a roughly cut out sticky label.

    Blooming Britain's customer service is appalling. I would not recommend them to anyone.

    I ordered flowers from Blooming Britain today for same day delivery - paid £4.95 for that delivery. Flowers not delivered. Ruined a family celebration. Wish I had known other negative reviews first. Tried phoning and emailing but no answer.

    I ordered some flowers to be delivered on the "same day", to cheer my friend up, but they arrived 3 days late, and the flowers were a different bunch than I'd ordered, and half dead and brown. It really upset both me and my friend who was already feeling down.

    Delivery was via first class normal post - so it would never have arrived on the same day!

    I have left my details with Blooming Britain; both over e-mail and over the phone - let's see what they say!

    I ordered flowers from Blooming Britain, to be delivered Saturday April 7th, and they just arrived Wednesday April 11th. After writing to the company 3 times, I still have yet to receive any response as to why my order was not delivered on the day that I paid for. Not only did the flowers come late, but half of them were dead; not that it mattered because it wasn't even the bouquet that I ordered anyway.     Poor customer service from the boss. Other staff are courteous but can't help much. Trying to get a full refund at the moment but don't hold out too much hope.

    No response to requests for a refund. The manager, conveniently forgot who I was whenever I called to ask about my refund request. One month since order was placed I still haven't received my refund.

    I RECOMMEND THAT YOU STEER WELL CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE!!!

    I ordered 24 red roses and some balloons for my wife from Blooming Britain. This was meant to come with a free box of chocolates, with my personalised message. My wife received 10 red roses in a tatty box, no chocolates, no balloons and no personalised message. Have been promised a refund for two weeks now and the "customer service" woman keeps forgetting who I am.

    I wonder whether they did this on purpose, in the hope that I would give up chasing for my money. If they did this to every ...

    Appalling service and lack of response to complaints. Watchdog was right to bring Blooming Britain to our attention. I am still battling to get an agreed refund 6 months after the shoddy Mother's Day flowers were eventually delivered late, half-dead and with no excuse for the late delivery.

    I have used Blooming Britain in the past with no problem but this recent order was for a flowering plant and chocolates. They sent a bouquet of flowers, which were totally inappropriate for the occasion, and no chocolates. I can't get through to customer service number but order number answered. Said manager will ring back in 5/10 mins. They didn't. I rang again, and was told that it says in the terms and conditions that they can substitute goods.
