    Good Points: First of all I own one. It does a good job at looking like a real pistol. It would make a good first BB gun except it is about 9 inches long and too heavy for young consumers. It has a nice safety button and a wide trigger gaurd.


    Bad Points: When it fires you sometimes may see the projectile(I've only seen several pellets and BBs). Don't count on it hitting anywhere close to what you see through the sight, especially if you are more than fifteen yards away. Also, after you cock and load the gun, if you point too high or too low the loading port will come out of the barrel like it does when you load it (Mine does this). I've never seen what will happen if you fire it like this, but you possibly won't ever successfully fire the Model 2010 again.


    General comments: The Marksman Model 2010 air pistol would be a modest first air gun or first air pistol for anyone about ten years old or older.
    It is dependant and is made out of good materials.

    First Impressions

    I first saw this gun at my local Fred Myers store about two weeks ago. Not that I'm usually impressed by Marksmans products, but in this case I figured, "what the heck.". Taking notice that it seemed like a new product. It's actually quite a nice looking gun, so I purchased one. Just for the sake of reviewing and comparing it to my Crosman "Black Venom".
