    Good Points: none


    Bad Points: cannot get in contact with anybody now as site appears to have has disappeared


    General comments: I bought a hot tub from cc sports and after about 9 months it broke down and cannot buy any bits for it........ be careful

    I bought a Hot Tub from CC Sports & Fitness last September, and after a long delay it finally arrived. However, it broke down within 8 weeks. They sent a replacement after another 6 months of complaining, but the replacement has had nothing but faults, and the company now seems to have gone under. I will never ever buy anything of the internet again

    I ordered gym equipment from CC Sports & Fitness in good faith, and after 15 weeks I had not received anything. I cancelled, and I was told I would receive a full refund; this was 4 weeks ago. I have received nothing as yet. Now their website seems to have been "bought by someone else", which is compete hogwash, as why would you buy some else's website? You would just create your own.

    I ordered a Weider Pro 4500 Multi Gym off their website for £345. After a couple of weeks, I hadn't received anything, so I called them up and said I wanted to cancel my order. CC Sports & Fitness said 'use our web form to cancel the order', so I did...and waited and called them...and waited and called them...and waited and called them...in the end I got a, BUT ONLY after getting the credit card company involved.

    I ordered a crosstrainer that didn't arrive after 6 weeks. I was told it had been lost and that the item was now obsolete. I was persuaded to order a more expensive model on the promise it would arrive the following week - again nothing for two weeks. I then asked for a refund - that was 3 weeks ago - no refund!!! Now the website has been taken over by someone else!!!! They do not answer their phones ever!! It is now in the hands of my credit card to get my money back.

    I ordered a hot tub from CC Sports & Fitness last August, and I waited for delivery. Finally, I tried to cancel after 15 weeks of waiting and very little feed back from the company, except when threatened with Trading Standards. I would have lost the £1000 deposit. I re-ordered when I was told the tub was in stock and could be delivered quickly. This was eight weeks ago, and I have still received no hot tub! Customer service are not very good at getting back to me regarding information ab ...

    I purchased a £65 pool table on the 3/04/07. The money was taken from my card on 5/04/07. I awaited delivery, and after 2 weeks, I cancelled. After telephoning and sending emails, I am still waiting for a refund 24 days later. I would certainly never use the CC Sports and Fitness site again.

    We bought an air hockey table from CC Sports and Fitness. It took them 4 weeks to deliver. The item was faulty, and it took a further 6 weeks to collect the item. A refund was agreed, but not received. Despite numerous telephone conversations and emails, the company rarely responds. Any response usually amount to nothing.

    CC Sports and Fitness took my money and I was told delivery would be about 4 weeks. Every time I phoned or emailed I got a new delivery date. After 3 months I gave up and asked for a refund. I waited for 40 days for the refund, and I should have received it within 30 days.

    I was told the gym would be delivered the following Tuesday (I purchased it on the Friday), yet this wasn't the case. I had to wait a whole week for 'delivery', and on the Thursday they were due to deliver the item, I received an email from CC Sports & Fitness telling me that there has been a delay, and this is 2 whole weeks after I placed the order! Why couldn't they tell me before? They promised the Tuesday, which was a few days after ordering, but it didn't come through. I find this rather un ...

    I wasn't sure what I was looking for, so I called CC Sports & Fitness and went through some Ellipticals over the telephone and placed an order. It was delivered 48 Hours later with no problems at all!!

    Very up to date website with loads of products, cannot be faulted. 10/10.
