Great service- arrived quickly.

After a serious 3rd hip operation I was told by my physio that an exersize bike would help in speeding up the hip repair and after a visit to the kent store I was given such good advice without any pressure selling, I was most impressed with the range of equipment on offer and the salesman Paul. One week later we rfeturned and made our purchase. The bike was delivered within 3 days. Very pleased with the purchase, the help and advice,in fact everything so a big thankyou to you all.

We looked for an excercise bike which could be used by the whole family, but with enough programme choices and resistance levels. As the difference in hight is from 4foot till 6feet 3", we needed to be sure we got the right bike for us. Looking at pictures and reading reviews is always good but nothing is better then trying it before you buy. In comes Fitness Superstore. We went to the Northampton branche and they choise of bikes on offer to try was brilliant and we could try as manny as we wanted and as long as we wanted. Also the advice and help from the staff was first class, plus we got the best price available in the UK (did allot of research on the web). Best of all could take the bike home with me there and then so did our first workout later that day. Can't fault them and would recommend them to anyone.

From start to finish my dealings with Fittness Superstore UK can only be described as excellent. I would definatly recommend them to people interestd in purshasing sports equipment at reasonable prices.

On Wed 2nd February 2011 I took receipt of a Pro From PF 3.6 Treadmill, on opening the packaging, I found that the casing had been damaged, something that could not have been foreseen as the outer packaging was not severely torn. I contacted the supplier immediately who, arranged for a replacent part to be delivered. The item was received within the week, as promised and was not only fitted, but the engineer that attended helped in the assembly, testing and safe working instruction on using the Treadmill.
I have nothing but praise for the service that I have been given and have no problem at all in highly recommending this comapny and it's after sales service to other prospective purchasers. My thanks to all the staff concerned.

Fantastic although the item was out of stock, which I was informed about after purchase! The cost of the rowing machine was 50% less than elsewhere! I was offered to cancel my purchase after being informed via e-mail straight away that item was out of stock. I was told it would be in stock on the 3rd and then sent to me. To my delight the courier contacted me the day before and it actually came early! It took 1 hour to put together and works fantastic!

I received delivery of my treadmill at 16:45pm and I had unpacked it and assembled it within 4 hours.Assembly is quite easy and the instructions are easy to follow, although when first unpacking it it does look a bit of a daunting task.
I've used it on a number of occasions and it's a good piecee of equipment.The running surface is quite ample and the speed goes from 2 kpm to 16kpm, which is quite fast.
It's easy to fold up when not in use and does'nt take to much room up.
It is a good addition to my home gym and I give it 10 out of 10.

I have ordered a few times from the Fitness Superstore both in store and on line and have never received anything other than a great service. As a bodybuilder I have spent a lot of money on equipment and weights over the past couple of years and I have certainly saved money by shopping with these guys.
