I was not informed that the product was not in stock until after I had placed the order. It did not appear out of stock on the website. I was then called the next day and informed of the late delivery. I was given a new date of arrival in warehouse and new date of delivery. Nothing arrived and a voicemail I left went unanswered. I called again and a new delivery date fixed. I am hoping for success then, when I will be able to enjoy a product that was offered at a great price. When speaking to customer service, though, they were apologetic and tried to be as helpful as they could without the stock being there

Ordered goods arrived, albeit a little longer than expected, and there was no real communication with regard to dispatch and expected delivery, but I suppose as the delivery was free from Bodypower Sports, I can't really complain.
