    ordered this item on 17th october and the money was taken from my account on 19th.. was promised delivery within 7 days.. then i received an email asking me for all my bank details plus a copy of my driving licence..i was stunned by this as the payment was already taken from my bank..i then received a phone call telling me that the delivery would be in the next 5 days..i have been phoned twice now to tell me that the delivery man could not find my address and that he was in gloucester when my address is in liverpool..i couldnt believe it not once but twice and it was the same guy on the end of the phone telling me the same rubbish about the mix up..i have now sent an email to the company asking for the delivery of the items within 5 days or a full refund..yet to hear..

    after reviewing a selection of rowers for my home i decided to go with the tunturi 25 rower machine. took a while to setup and the manual was a little confusing but i am by no means technical, apart from that no quibbles.

    im at the brink of tears.

    Ordered for a pre delivery before 9am.....3pm they finally arrived and i had to use a days holiday of work - boss was not impressed.

    went to open and put together to find it damaged.

    called company to moan and they wanted nothing to do with it. about 3 hours later of me phoning them and being passed from pillar to post, photographs sent,they still cannot do anything and have told me its out of their hands. im sooo upset. oh and they hung up on me loads. very rude ...

    After deciding that I need to lose a few pounds and improve my fitness I set my heart on buying a rowing machine/exercise bike combo. Most websites had sold out on the model that I wanted but then I stumbled across Fitness Superstore.     Worst customer service. The lady who picks up the phone does not know a thing about customer service. Very rude told me my order will be delivered today on 15/09/2009. Never turned up. Called again on 16/09/2009 and was told it will be delivered today but nothing yet. Never buy from Bodypower Sports / Fitness Superstore .

    i see a lot of neg reviews here about Bodypower Sports but dont know why, i have been using these guys for years and havent had a problem once, i've been to their place a few times and everyonie there is always polite

    ordered a treadmill based on Bodypower Sports recommendation costing £395 - when it came it didnt work and agreed to give them chance to repair - nothing happened for 2 weeks so asked for it to be sent back - took nearly 3 weeks to do this and now having to chase them for money back - nearly at end of 30 days now

    I recently purchased a Nordic Track C2500 treadmill from Fitness Superstore/Bodypower, which has become a great personal buy. Not knowing a great deal about treadmills the staff were polite and not at all pushy, they explained what treadmill would best suit me and helped me from beginning to end. Would definitely use again!

    Do yourself a favour and buy elswhere. The Bodypower Sports / Fitness Superstore prices look good and the website is informative, so on the face of it they appear great. But if they've got your money and things don't go to plan, you are likely to experience the worst customer service, the likes of which I hope never to come across again. I waited weeks for a treadmill that was suposed to be available to ship in a week. No one updates you, I had to wait on their dire phone line for what added ...

    Bodypower Sports / Fitness Superstore are a terrible company - all polite until they get your cash!In my case - broken item arrived - replacement supposed to have been sent - I have spent endless hours on the phone trying to find out where the replacement is and I am no further.

    I decided to purchase a Tunturi c30 elliptical cross trainer from Fitness-Superstore and this really is the king of crosstrainers so if you have the money go for it. I am 17 stone man, so I am by no means small. I have purchased a few home crosstrainer in the past and I tend to give them a real beasting as you would in a real gym but they simply fell apart.

    Not sure why everyone is complaining here, I have used fitness superstore for years and never experienced any problems. I do know that they use a delivery company but surely that ' s out of their hands.

    I placed an order two weeks ago from Bodypower Sports / Fitness Superstore for a cross trainer on the understanding that the delivery would be made between 4 and 7 working days, we are now at ten.     I ordered my treadmill from Bodypower Sports / Fitness Superstore on the 15th of March, being told it should arrive by the 24th. It didn't. I telephoned on numerous occasions, leaving messages but receiving no call back. Only when I chose the "place an order" option was the 'phone answered.     Went to Northampton bodypower sports fitness showroom to buy an elliptical x trainer and got advice which was helpful but not pushy and it was nice to try before you buy. Ordered on thurs delivered the following wed on the dot by two nice chaps.No probs!
