The service and correspondence was second to none, both the Reebok 5 cycle and the Tunturi T20 arrived well within the timescales originally quoted. Great value and a excellent level of service. What more could you ask? I would recommend them to anyone.

I ordered over 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting, I have only just been told it may take up to another 2 weeks, even though the tracking number shows it as sitting in the depot for over a week. No answer on their customer service number whenever I try to phone and I have received no reply to messages to either them or the delivery people XDP homedrop. If I had the chance I would go back and pay the extra £50 for Argos or Tesco as at least I know I will get the items I've ordered.

It arrived with a european plug. Did not receive a reply to my emails and it took them 4 weeks to send me an English plug. In the meantime I purchased an adapter so that I could use this machine but I did not receive a reply to my letters asking them to pay for this £5.44. I am still awaiting a reply.

I experienced absolutely shocking service from Fitness Superstore.
I ordered a treadmill on the 24th May and was emailed to say it was out of stock but would be in stock on the 6th June. I was duly called on the 5th June by someone who told me that the treadmill would be in the next day and with me in 5-10 working days. I ordered a Reebok Series 5 exercise bike but a Cross Trainer was delivered(in 3 days). One quick phone call later and within another 3 days(because of the weekend) I had received my bike and the Cross Trainer was picked up. Fantastic customer service and a remarkable price. Be careful of the TNT couriers as my 2 man team turned out to be 1 man who made me remove my parcel from his lorry and watched me struggle on my own take it into my house.

I ordered a set of boxing gloves and a bag from Bodypower Sports. The gloves and bag arrived this morning and I couldn t be happier. Sales people seemed friendly and I had no problems with delivery or customer service.

I bought a Reebok I-Run + treadmill from this company as they were offering a free mat with the order. The order took ages to get to me despite them taking payment immediately they took the order. The 5-7 working days quoted became 15-20 working days and several unanswered messages and calls directly to their subcontracted slow couriers before my order eventually turned up. I ordered a Reebook treadmill from Bodypower Sports for £549, which was taken straight away off my debit card. I am still waiting for the treadmill after 6 weeks pursuing, and it is the most irritable annoying experience. I have told them, after luckily getting through to somebody, that I wanted a full refund, which I haven't received yet!!

Feel very annoyed that I ever came across their site. For a business today to take 3 weeks to deliver goods that are in stock is unacceptable to me, especially when you are told it will take 5-7 working days on their site.

I came across the below reviews after I had placed my order and before the delivery date, so I admit that I was concerned, having read these, and telephoned to confirm all details.
But to be completely fair, I received a very good service from them. The person who took my order was very efficient, he checked stock levels and that delivery was possible on the day I wanted.

Going to a real store with real rowers to try out saved me wasting my money. All the magnetic resistance rowers were very disappointing (felt like pulling a string attached to some weights - not at all like rowing). I tried the Concept2 machines like the ones in the gym I used to go to, and preferred the one I've bought (First Degree S250) by far.

Ordered goods arrived, albeit a little longer than expected, and there was no real communication with regard to dispatch and expected delivery, but I suppose as the delivery was free from Bodypower Sports, I can't really complain.

I ordered a set of dumbells from Bodypower Sports Plc in March. The handles were out of stock, so they sent the discs and said the bars would arrive 1 week later. It took a month. One disc was missing, and there was nothing to hold the discs to the bars. I called back and was told this would be sent out. 2 weeks later I called back and was told that it is my fault and I basically have to pay for the collars and more delivery charges or return the goods and pay the carriage myself.
