“Read the blogs before you order - they're correct”

Ordering a product here is easy, however they wont honour delivery times - even if you've paid extra for next day, then you wont get an invoice or email confirmation so you have a reference number to complain further with. Top this with unable to get through on the phone at any hour and a complete lack of care for you after they have your money. “No help”

I bought a gazebo and after 6 or 7 uses 2 of struts broke plus the elastic holding the canvas down disintegrated. I was still happy to keep it and mend it with replacement parts however, on contacting the company I was told that even though they were the manufacturer they would not supply free or otherwise any replacement parts or offer me any solution to the problem!! “Do not trust these people”

I recently bought a cyclomatic bicycle and even though the bottom bracket failed within a year they neither stocked the replacement part nor would they give me my money back. When looking into buying an electric bike I mistakenly thought it had good after sales support - these guys could not care less. Daniel, the Cyclamatic range comes with a 12 month warranty on the frame, so if you've had any problems within that period, we will take care of it for you and get it fixed or replaced without expense to you. If we don't stock the part we'll replace the entire frame, it's on us to look after you and we'll do that. Could you send me your order number perhaps, and I'll look into it for you?

item arrived quickly and was faulty. Emailed Sports Direct but no reply until I sent a Paypal dispute. Told item would be picked up by courier and would have to wait in all day. I am STILL waiting for a delivery that I paid for next day delivery for. When I called I was advised that I missed the cut off for next day delivery as I ordered at 3.50pm. The cut off on their website is 4pm, so unless maths is escaping me here.... SO... that meant it would be a day late. But nope, here we are 48 hours later and I'm still being told "tomorrow". “Still waiting and nothing to show for it”

I ordered an exercise bike and floor mats on 28th April to be delivered on the Saturday as I work Monday to Friday. I waited in all day and at 11am the doorbell rang and someone gave me my floor mats. Strange that the bike came separately but I waited in the rest of the day anyway. Without knowing what exactly you've ordered, I can't say for sure, but I suspect we will have shipped the mats with a courier who handles lighter goods, and the bike with our oversize courier.

Tried to get a party tent delivered for my daughters party and it never arrived even after ringing every day and being promised delivery for the next day over and over again. We messed up on this - there were some crossed wires. We didn't have the item in stock but they were already on their way from Nike. You should never have been contacted to say they were out of stock. If you still want them, we will of course honour the deal price. Sorry about the inconvenience and hassle.

Ordered a Taylormade R1 Driver, paid by Paypal, heard nothing regarding shipment so rang them. Took ages to find order, then claimed that the system was down and that they thought the club had been despatched and should arrive in the next couple of days - not very reassuring. Hi, really sorry about this. This isn't deliberate - there is no benefit in us selling products we don't have, it just means we waste our time and yours. Sometimes, we just get our inventory counts wrong, and other times it takes a little time for products to sync between our different systems, which is potentially why it was showing as available, even though it wasn't.

When were you told the system was down, and by who, if you don't mind me asking. I don't know of any recent downtime, so I'd like to investigate and find out what's gone on - I'll send you a direct email.

Hopefully you can give us another chance, we really don't deliberate get the wrong information on the site, it's either a human or systematic error, but certainly not some ploy to dupe you.

Once again, apologies for the hassle.

“Poor communication”

Telephoned to check item was in stock and that I could collect from shop (as I was concerned about poor reviews for ordering online) When I went to shop to collect I was told they had no stock of item on site - it was at a different warehouse - I offered to go to the other warehouse to collect but was told I couldn't do this. Sorry to hear this. We do have two warehouses, and we're only allowed customers on one site, which is why we couldn't allow you to go to the second. We're always prepared to bring items over to you.

I don't know who received the card, but at the moment the three managers with labelled parking spaces are overseas and have been for some time, so it's fair to say it didn't end up with it's intended audience.

Either way though, we can't allow customers onto the second warehouse premises, and that would be unchanged even if you had spoken to one of the managers.

Orderd the item on 10th of Jan, Asked & paid extra for a saturday delivery . They never informed the parcel people ablut the saturday delivery.. Yodel informed me they will be delivering it on 21st jan & now accoding to them, they delivered it on 20th. Calling sports hq everyday . Finaly got a mail for them last week saying they will be refunding it . No news after that & no refund came . Send a mail yesterday & i got a mail saying that Yodel has resolved it . I would give them no stars if it was allowed. Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. After receiving a faulty item I was promised a replacement part that would sort the fault.
