“Disgraceful customer service”

Purchased a fitness bike which arrived in a USED condition with the actual paint peeling off the bike. It was also scratched and did not resemble the detailed description. Poorly made. I contacted them for a refund and was made to send photographs - as if I was lying. I then did so and was told to dissemble the bike to be sent back for them to consider a refund. Really sorry to hear this, can you let me know your order number and I'll look into this?

We ask for photos just so we can figure out what's gone on, whether you've received the wrong item, and try to make a quicker diagnosis.

As to us not replying to emails, that's simply not the case. We deal with all emails within 1 working day, in fact it's usually much quicker than that. Nothing gets ignored, we have 20 people in the UK doing nothing but customer service.

It would seem that we didn't receive your emails; did you by any chance pick up the phone or try live chat after to see what is going on?

Send me your order number and we'll get to the bottom of this. Sorry for the hassle so far.

“MISLEADING”

Next day delivery is apparently a non existent service with this company however, they claim to have your order with you next day if ordered before 4pm. Completely misleading and seems to be a problem for many of their customers yet they refuse to make their terms clearer on the checkout page as they are fully aware they would not make the extra £5.99 for 'next day'. If your next day delivery has failed, we always refund it, so saying we don't make something clear for profit is complete nonsense.

Please let me know your order number, and we can look into what's gone on.

From the limited information here, I can only assume you ordered on a UK Next Day service with an overseas shipping address, or alternatively are shipping to Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland.

For these, the item ships on our express service, we get charged the extra for it, but due to the extra logistics involved, there is an extra delay.

If you give me some more information though, I'll be more than happy to find out the exact circumstances you have here.

“Mislead on Next Day Delivery”

We ordered a Gazebo for next day delivery on a Monday morning about 10am paid and extra £5 charge as we are up in Inverness which was fine aslong as the item came as it was needed for an event on the Fri. As you said, you paid £5 extra, which is for the Highlands and Islands service which isn't advertised anywhere as next day, in fact it states that it's 5 working days delivery. It's in the terms and conditions, but we've also made it prominent elsewhere such as on the Delivery information pop up. We don't offer a next day service to IV postcodes at all.

Really wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from this company. Ordered an electric golf trolley which worked first 2 times but not since. Have tried emailing them but emails dont send. “Read the blogs before you order - they're correct”

Ordering a product here is easy, however they wont honour delivery times - even if you've paid extra for next day, then you wont get an invoice or email confirmation so you have a reference number to complain further with. Top this with unable to get through on the phone at any hour and a complete lack of care for you after they have your money. I bought a gazebo and after 6 or 7 uses 2 of struts broke plus the elastic holding the canvas down disintegrated. I was still happy to keep it and mend it with replacement parts however, on contacting the company I was told that even though they were the manufacturer they would not supply free or otherwise any replacement parts or offer me any solution to the problem!! I recently bought a cyclomatic bicycle and even though the bottom bracket failed within a year they neither stocked the replacement part nor would they give me my money back. When looking into buying an electric bike I mistakenly thought it had good after sales support - these guys could not care less. Daniel, the Cyclamatic range comes with a 12 month warranty on the frame, so if you've had any problems within that period, we will take care of it for you and get it fixed or replaced without expense to you. If we don't stock the part we'll replace the entire frame, it's on us to look after you and we'll do that. Could you send me your order number perhaps, and I'll look into it for you?

I am STILL waiting for a delivery that I paid for next day delivery for. When I called I was advised that I missed the cut off for next day delivery as I ordered at 3.50pm. The cut off on their website is 4pm, so unless maths is escaping me here.... SO... that meant it would be a day late. But nope, here we are 48 hours later and I'm still being told "tomorrow". “Still waiting and nothing to show for it”

I ordered an exercise bike and floor mats on 28th April to be delivered on the Saturday as I work Monday to Friday. I waited in all day and at 11am the doorbell rang and someone gave me my floor mats. Strange that the bike came separately but I waited in the rest of the day anyway. Without knowing what exactly you've ordered, I can't say for sure, but I suspect we will have shipped the mats with a courier who handles lighter goods, and the bike with our oversize courier.

Tried to get a party tent delivered for my daughters party and it never arrived even after ringing every day and being promised delivery for the next day over and over again. We messed up on this - there were some crossed wires. We didn't have the item in stock but they were already on their way from Nike. You should never have been contacted to say they were out of stock. If you still want them, we will of course honour the deal price. Sorry about the inconvenience and hassle.
