    I cannot praise sports hq enough. I bought a complete set of golf equipment, clubs, bag,trolley etc and although I now live in france it was delivered to me withing a week and the service and quality of the goods were excellent

    I bought a Pop-Up gazebo from Sports HQ to use for one of the purposes advertised on their website - markets - and the second time there was a slight shower the canvas roof started leaking onto my stock! The gazebo also feels like it will blow away in the slightest gust of wind and we spent one day holding onto the sides to keep it still. They told me on the phone it is not suitable for use in wind or rain - a little unrealistic in the UK I think (it's only August, god knows how it would fair i ...

    i ordered my very reasonably priced abs bench on sunday night on standard delivery from Sports HQ and it was with me on tuesday couldnt ask for more

    Sportshq don't care!I saw a great deal on a tent so bought it online and paid immediately via paypal. The delivery was pricey at £6.99 for 3-5 working days but the tent was a good price so i bought it.ordered on the 8th phoned on the 12th ummmm where's my tent?... apparently they were having issues with payments and it would be sent out express asap.     I bought my two sons some new woodworm cricket equipment in April this year, from Sports HQ, I was a personal caller and selected 2 megabite gold bats, 2 pairs of batting pads 2 pairs of batting gloves, 1 pair of wicket keepers pads and 1 pair of wicket keepers gloves. Although the bats were pre knocked in, I spent numerous hours knocking them both in, and they both went well in the early seasons games.     Bought an electric bike ( £500) on Sat 9th may and paid for next day delivery. Bike should have arrived Tue 12th at the latest. Bike dispatched on the 12th which is not a good start. Sports hq refused to refund the extra charge for next day delivery and when i checked my bank statement i realised that they also overcharged me by £18 which they say is correct even though i have an invoice and email which clearly states otherwise.

    Really bad customer service. Cancelled my order with no explanation. I called them up and they could not give me a reason. I asked to re-order over the phone (like it says on the front page of their website) and I was told I had to order online. I explained that now when I try and re-order online it keeps emptying out my basket. Again they were not interested. I told them I would shop somewhere else and they said okay!

    Absolutely satisfied with the quality of the products, Forgan driver, prosimmon lob and prosimmon putter. I recommend Sports HQ to all of my friends.

    I purchased a bag and trolley from Sports HQ and delivery was very prompt. There was an issue with a connector lead for the battery of the trolley and after emailing them pictures of the fault the part was relaced within 48hours. Thanks very much SportsHQ! Highly recommended.

    Outstanding in every department. I have bought from them for several years and I am amazed to read any negative comments. Products are great, prices are lowest I have seen and every time I have contacted them they have been so helpful. And they actual have a fully staffed office where you can speak to live human beings!

    Being a first time buyer I found it very easy to follow the ordering sequence. The product I received is excellent quality, the price and delivery were also excellent. For my first order I ordered a gazebo, which arrived within the promised time and I would recommend your site to everyone.

    Sports HQ www.thesportshq.com are very unprofessional. Don't reply to your emails. Rude people once they have sold you their faulty goods they don't want to speak to you. They still haven't processed my refund. I have had an email to ask for credit card details as they claim they don't store customers details on their system, but yet no refund.

    I am not impressed with Sports HQ at all. They have been very unhelpful, and I feel very let down. It has caused me unnecessary expense and inconvenience!

    Not only was the Sports HQ initial service up to the standard expected in all respects, when I had a problem with a couple of the golf clubs some months later the company was beyond reproach in their rapid handling of the issue and the provision of replacements. First rate online service; if only all online shopping was like this. Well done Sports HQ!
