    Many thanks to all the lettings staff at David Daniels.
    My tenants were left desperate after being let down by another agent and had just a week to find a property and move.
    But thankfully everything went smooth and i cant thank them enough.

    In the beginning David Daniels charged about £300 in administration charges for a £700/month flat. I had fewer choices at that time and was prepared to pay it. They also collected a month's rent as a deposit. They act like professionals and all is well as long as you are with them but once you have decided to leave you will get to see their true face. They will wait for you to hand over the keys and after that you will have to prepare yourself for the months of stress you will have ...

    The guys here made letting my flat out stress free (well as stress free as i could imagine).

    Their fees were higher than some of the other agents i also had round but i found them by far the most professional and impressive agency of the three i called.

    I dealt mainly with the manager throughout the process, a fantastic help, keeping me constantly updated throughout. (even more re-assuring as it was my first time in letting out my flat)

    I used David Daniels to let out my flat and can say nothing but good things about the service recieved.

    Although their fees were slightly higher than some of the other agents i called, they were by far the most professional and efficient of the three i had visit my flat so i decided to put the property on the market with them.
    I was kept constanstly updated of viewings which i liked.
    This was nice as it was my first time in letting out my flat and i was a little nervous to say the least.

    I had a terrible time with David Daniels. I am a landlord so I paid them £1800 for a finders fee. They tried to keep the deposit that I was due for over 3 months, I had to go storming into their offices in the end. Then they tried to charge me over £800 for a renewal if my tennants stayed but they did nothing for it. They didn't draw up new contracts they didn't even tell me my tenants wanted to stay.

    These people want money for nothing !

    After being let down by an agent who i dont wish to name i was left with just one week to find and move into a property. All the guys at David Daniels were simply FANTASTIC and i have told them that many times since! They found me a lovely terraced house and after the bad experience i had with the other agent, David Daniels restored my faith in Estate Agents.

    I find a very good house with David Daniels Estate Agents. the people who work in the office all helped us very much and i will definaly stay with david daniels to find another house whrn i move.

    I sold my property through david daniels and found that the service i received was excellent, there was always someone at the end of the phone to deal with my queries and had constant updates from all of the staff who had a great knowledge of the sales process. I would reccomend this company to anyone wishing to sell or rent their property.

    Buyer beware. Do your homework.
    There is no use being nice. I am a nice person who cannot be the other way, and I am paying the price for that. I have been having to shuttle back and forth to them and the landlord for small things.
    Once they have your money they don't care about you. They won't even remember your name if you go next day.
    Not the kind of serious companies who believe in good service and repeat business.

    I would not recommend David Daniels. Their people I have dealt with there have at times been unhelpful, dictating rather than discussing things. They came across as not very professional.

    I feel this agent is very good in and strongly recommend them to anyone if they require properties. They have two offices and were very quick in finding me suitable accomodation. Try them!

    David Daniels in Stratford is the only estate/letting agent I have seen with shutters on the outside. They say viewings exist when they don't, and they said people had come to visit my relatives flat. I was there and no-one visited. They say they visit and inspect the flats, and if they do they just tick a few boxes on their sheets. Once their tenants are in the flat forget about any service, as it does not exist. Their management department is only open for a few hours a week, and you never get ...

    David Daniels must be the the worst estate agent I have had to deal with. As with the other review, they were very quick and eager to sign the contract. The tenancy agreement is now over, and it's been a month and I'm still waiting for a refund of my deposit.

    They were quick to send me letters about not being there when they did their monthly check up. My rent was paid on time each month, and the property was left in a better condition than when I got it.

    As a Landlord, David Daniels is the worst agent I have come accross. They talk a good game alright and they present a nice professional front, especially before they get you to sign a contract.

    They encourage multiple tenants in your property in other for them to look good in front of their tenant.
    You don't actually get your rent on time, sometimes not until 15 working days after the tenants hav paid them.
    They always find a way to deduct money from your rent on a monthly basis.
