Good Points: Nice phone.
Bad Points: Reception, clarity, battery life, button arrangement, WASTE OF MONEY.
General comments: This Sanyo SCP-6000 is probably the nicest mobile phone on the market today. I get compliments daily on this phone. But, it is a waste of money.
I have owned about 4 or 5 Sprint phones and this is by far the worst one of all. Here are some the negative qualities:
1. Battery life is terrible.
2. Reception is terrible (lots of dropped calls).
3. Cannot hear other caller and/or other caller cannot hear me.
4. This phone is not easy to use like other phones. The button used mostly on this phone is the "Menu" button and they have placed it on the bottom of the keypad while the buttons to move left, right, up, and down are at the top of the keypad (very very annoying!!).
5. The ringers are terrible also (this can be fixed if you buy the serial cable which is retailing at about $60 right now).
My recommendation, go with another phone that is not as fancy and expensive. This one is a real headache!

This Sanyo SCP-6000 mobile phone is... strange! Buttons that are usually at the top of keypad, here they are at bottom! Bad reception and battery life.

There are many features to the Sanyo SCP-6000 mobile phone, although some functions the user is required to purchase the web kit.
