    Good Points: Excellent Battery Life. Easy platform. Mimics windows. Love the easy touch feature


    Bad Points: No longer supported by Creative Media. It also wont run on Windows media player 11


    General comments: Pity such a great product should leave a fowl taste in the consumers mouth. I paid over 300 dollars for it new. I wont buy another Creative product even though this is by far the best I 've ever had.

    Some people are never satisfied! I bought my husband a 512MB MP3 player for Christmas and filled it with music, but he regularly informed me that there wasn't enough variety in the music it could hold, and he really needed something that could hold even more. So I spent some time searching the internet and reading reviews on various sites and came to the conclusion that the Creative Zen Touch with a 20GB Hard Drive was the best value for money.     I bought my Creative Zen Touch MP3 player over the internet about a year ago to replace my finally redundant MiniDisc player.

    Finding it a pain to constantly retrieve the player from my pocket to change volumes/tracks etc, I bought the optional remote control. Sadly this appears to only be available from the Creative website, who would only ship to my home address and not work, giving rise to hassles thereof.     I originally bought the Creative Zen Touch MP3 player as a replacement for my Sony CD Walkman, and I have never looked back! It claims to have a capacity of around 10,000 songs, although I doubt anyone would ever need that many. It comes preloaded with about 40 classical music tracks just to get your taste buds going!
