Fantastic, that about sums this van up I think. the quality of workmanship is far better than a lot of other vans I have had, nice and airy with a warm feel to it and everything still working perfect as it should, it has kept its shine well and all windows still look as new. What would I moan about? well, not a lot really, the first would be the 'squeaky' bathroom door that no matter how much lubrication is used still likes to squeak, the lack of identification on the control unit switches are a pain and takes a while to discover what each switch does, but the biggest moan is that the swivel Toilet which works great once connected to an outside water tank, needs just that, an outside water tank, so on trips when stopped it means carrying a bucket of water to flush the toilet, I might fit an internal water tank at a later date and have everything working from that and use the old water connector outside as a filler for the new tank? As with everything, improvements could be made but overall I am very happy with this van and it's many fine features. I have had a 'Powermover' fitted which removes all the stress of getting it back into position once I am back home and the huge Awning doubling up the space once on site is a godsend. There is also a Bulldog anti snake and hitch-lock fitted to keep things safe whilst towing and although I find it a little heavy whilst towing (I have a landcruiser 3ltr) it nevertheless tows very well and does not bounce about too much. Would I recommend? YES

I have to say I have only had my Elddis XL Typhoon 4 weeks and it's my first caravan and it will not be my last. I have to say it is in excellent condition for the year and I hope to keep it for many years to come. The only problem I have incurred is the shower is not very powerful. I will post a picture on the site as soon as possible, so do look out for this picture of this great caravan.

The Elddis XL Typhoon is a first class caravan that I would recommend to anyone. It tows very well. The interior is probably it's best point, very comfortable day and night. The woodwork has a modern feel to it which is a pleasant change from the "chintzy" feel of many of its peers. The exterior is the normal bright white affair so it's difficult to criticise or praise it.
