This course was very enjoyable, contained lots of usefully information. It was set out very well and explained everything in detial. It was a tad dated in parts but overall a well thought out course. I feel that without the help from the tutor I wouldnt have got such a high pass mark. The end of unit assessments where well thought out and clear. I wanted a short course that would help me get into studying, build my confidence, and help me feel like I could move on to further courses in IT. This was perfect, leaving me with a hunger for learning more. The course was delivered well, and the tutor was there if/when I needed her. There was not much I could complain about, but if I was to pick something, it would have to be the community website layout. Since starting my 'Dog Obedience' course with ICS it started off great with good advice from customer services and helped me on my way and recieved my file filled with coursework and items to help me with the course came quickly and in good quality. But the tutor service I believe was very poor, as you will have to e-mail them I waited 5 days for a reply yet didn't recieve one then phoned the company to complain which they dealt with well. I done a nail technician course through ICS, and I liked the fact that you could do it all in your own time as this I sweat I wanted, I wasn't harassed by anyone to hurry up with the course and I could email or ask a question at anytime, and they would get back to you as soon as they could which was pretty quick not that I had to ask a question very often as it was all in the material what I needed. When i was younger I started my A-Levels in both Maths and physics, with already good GCSE results. I had the prospect of achieving high enough qualifications at A-Level to go on and study Physics at University. I chose this course because it sounded very interesting but was cautious because I had never done anything like this before. But the course materials were fantastic and easy to follow and pretty soon I was producing animated characters with ease and really enjoying it. It really was a fantastic course to do and I enjoyed every minute of putting my imagination to use. Really enjoyed the course, and found it easy to complete the work. I fitted it around my normal daily life which is a full time job. I like the optional practical tasks. The only aspect I didn't like was the pictures of the arrangements and flowers were in black and white so couldn't get an idea of how it would work in real life. (read more)

The course content was okay, average and useful. The feedback was not detailed and my tutor did not react promptly. Enrollment was essy, they certainly don't need any help with taking your money. infact funnily enough i was never put on hold for this... i feel i wasted £500 and i will never study here again. Hi I too have this issue they are refusing to budge and say there's nothing they can do. I haven't even signed any agreement so I can't see how this can be unforced. I have also offered to transfer to a different course they said I will still need I pay £75. Absolutely ridiculous.
There's no point contacting them they can't do anything.

Fantastic course! This was a fantastic course with great course materials. The tutor was very helpful when dealing with my problems and they were always solved very quickly. If anybody is thinking about doing the wedding planner course with ICS I would defiantely recommend that you give it a go. The only thing I would say is that the certificate takes a long time to come through. But it is a small price to pay when you get such a great deal! (read more)

I've just finished a 3D animation course with ICS and have to say the experience was beneficial. On the plus side, there was a lot of material. The notes and accompanying video material were quite good and the text books were plentiful and very useful. I am happy to have chosen to study with ICS at the beginning was not too sure but going through getting advise from my tutor from also the customer service that helped me a lot during my support time. I found my course to be easy to understand well presented and full of everything I needed. Phone numbers for queries were easy to find and the student services were always happy to help. After sending off my assignments I got my results very promptly with points in how I could of gain more marks, which helped a lot. This course is the first stepping stone in my career and has definitely improved my chances of being employed. Would recommend anyone and everyone to just go for it ! (read more)

I found the course easy to understand and the test at the end of each section helped to consolidate my learning. Studying at home while working full-time was very useful for me and i would recommend it to anyone. The selection of available course is brillian and you can find something suitable for yourself. The content of the course is very detailed and the quality of learning materials are great. I wanted to study a CIPD qualification as I currently work in HR. I had originally chosen a Level 3 course, but on speaking to a course advisor I moved up to a Level 5 HR Management Course! When I was applying for the course I had loads of information offered to me from the person at the call center which was exactly what I needed. The course work arrived very quickly and I found the questions throughout the chapter of the book to be great, very helpful in refreshing my memory and making sure I understood exactly what I read.
