    Good Points: Helpful piles information.


    General comments: A friend recommended the www.germoloids.co.uk site one day and it proved really helpful. Someone I know has been a piles sufferer for a few years now. Assuming it was just 'getting older' (he is a young-looking 45), he struggled on with them and being a rarely talked about subject, didn't realise there were so many options to help ease the pain of piles and in fact get rid of them. They gave information about treatment for piles, piles advice and also the cause of piles. This last area was most important as he discovered that his piles were likely to have been caused by consipation, a by-product of his unhealthy eating! As a result he eats nuts every day and with the help of some of the Germoloids products (all of which are listed on the site) they seem to have gone for good, he says.
