    Good Points: very good location, but not too noisy.
    Well maintained and cleaned daily


    General comments: Just arrived from matamy beach. Myself and partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They are very welcoming and nothing is too much of a problem for them.

    We will definately be returning. sooner rather than later.

    My boyfriend and I (both just out of our teens) booked a week at the Matamy Beach Apartments in June last year. We were a bit apprehensive about what to expect as several reviews said it wasn't suitable for the young, and that the manager Costas tended to frown upon young guests. However we found nothing of the sort, the manager was friendly and welcomed us upon arrival even though it was quite late at night when we arrived.     Before I start this review I would like to say I have been on holiday many times with mates in my twenties and now with my young family, my partner and I are in our mid thirties and our daughter is 3 yrs old we know what to expect from a foreign holiday.
    Firstly the pool was very small and in a week, never saw it cleaned therefore our daughter never went in, the apartments are very close to the beach but are not accessible due to rocks in the way obviously this is not a problem as sandy beach is ...

    My husband and I have just returned from a 10 night holiday at the Matamy Beach apartments and would like to commend the owners for making us feel so welcome and at home, they always had big smiles and could not do enough to make sure that our stay was comfortable and pleasurable, the apartments contained everything you could need for a self catering holiday including microwave, fridge, kettle and sandwich maker, the air conditioning was a god send at night and each room was fitted with it's own ...

    Not suitable for young people.
    Our first room was dark and damp.
    Doesn't serve food but there are nice restaurants close by.
    Really unfriendly customer service, the manager Costas is very aggressive and rude.
    The pool is tiny.
    Our towels were not changed for a week, nor were our sheets.
    There is no entertainment there either.
    Its location is the only good thing really.

    We have been going to Stalis for 13 years. This was the first time in these apartments, but not the last. These are by far the best apartments in Stalis! The bar manager and his wife made us very welcome, especially with their daughter, who by the way is gorgeous (we wanted to bring her home with us), and also the bar man.     The Matamy Beach Apartments are located in the heart of the fantastic resort of Stalis. The apartments are bright and clean, and the pool is a great place to cool down.

    It is an excellent apartment complex. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for great accommodation in a great resort.

    My partner and I have just returned from an 11 night stay in Crete, Stalis. We booked the flights and accommodation separately as I had found these really nice looking apartments, called the Matamy Beach Apartments in Stalis, which had some good feedback. I wanted the holiday to be perfect for my partner and I as it was our first together.
