Good Points: Handled very well, beautiful on a sunny day. I really enjoyed driving the machine and my wife enjoyed it even more. Looked very smart and lots of people gave good comments about its appearance.
Bad Points: Maybe I just got a rogue but when it rained water came in the passenger side window in torrents. Alarm was very sensitive to wind and loud noises. Drank the petrol up like there was no tomorrow but that may have been due to the way I drove. Could get my golf clubs into the boot but nothing else.
General comments: My Alfa Romeo Spider 2.0 Twin Spark was in the garage getting dealt with more often than not but without the faults it's a lovely car to drive. If it wasn't for the alarm and the water I would still have it. I have bought a new Alpha GT so will be interested to compare performance, handling etc.

All in all I am happy to be an Alfa Romeo Spider owner. The good points in my opinion out weigh the bad however there are many bad ones. Alfa dealer servicing has proved extremely expensive but a must. The motorway drive is lovely and it cannot wait to get on those country roads. Great fun car, make sure it has a good history.
