I have been using Yourdesign.co.uk for a while now, and have always found them to be very good, I recently ordered a mug as a leaving present for a collegue at work, the online design service was easy and fun to use, the mug arrived in a couple of days and the recipient was made up, it actually made the day and was the talk of the office.

A few friendsI know asked me were I got the mug from, and they have since used the service and found them to be great, my mate called them to see if they could quickly print a mug for him, as he had missed the next day dealine 1pm, they said to not worry they would still print the mug and send it out next day, which I thought was very good of them, as it was nearly 3pm. Easy to use website, good prices, quick delivery and excellent customer service.

I would recommend, I have!!!!

I used 'yourdesign.co.uk' to personalise two mugs as a christmas gift in December 2008. I cannot tell you about this product for it was never received.

Not only this, but I haven't received a reply to my e-mails and every time I phoned up their customer helpline I was unable to leave a message as every departments answer machine said 'we're sorry, but this mail box is full'.

I would not recommend this company!

I will definitely use and recommend www.yourdesign.co.uk. I had a photo mug made up. Their website was really easy to navigate and use, and you were able to preview a photo of what your product was going to look like.Within a day I was emailed to say it was being posted. Unfortunately it did not arrive as it went missing in the post but as soon as I called up there was no questions asked, they just re-printed it and posted another one out which arrived 2 days later. Personalised picture and writing on bears top as I wanted. Recommended for personalised bears with not too large a price tag.

A purchased a personalised teddy bear from Your Design a while ago, the purchase process was very simple and easy to use, I actually enjoyed buying from these people.

The product came within a few days and I was delighted with it. I will keep them in my favorites for birthdays etc.. a very good idea!
