    Good Points: His daughter coloured my hair which was lovely and she was very nice.


    Bad Points: The cut and the whole experience of listening to him drone on about his personal probs & i'm not even a regular client!! Not good value for money as it wasn't exactly a cheap place!!


    General comments: Had my hair cut by the owner, Michael Williams - never been here b4 and told him i did not want it short, just really tidying up so he proceeded to do exactly what i asked him not to and scalped me!! He didn't seem to be taking much notice of what he was doing. After he'd finished cutting,he asked me how i normally like it blown and then asked me if i would prefer to do it myself - i was paying almost £70 for the cut/colour so no i did not want to do it myself - couldn't believe i'd been asked to finish it off myself!! Never, ever would i go back to this salon and was in tears when i got home thinking about how long it would take me to grow my hair back!!!

    I have been going to Michael Williams hairdressers for almost ten years now and would not let anyone else touch my hair.

    I am very fussy about how my hair is done, and this is the first hairdresser I have ever gone to who styles my hair exactly as I would want it, and I do not have to restyle it when I get home.

    They are a little expensive, but as they say you get what you pay for. They also use a fantastic product called Nixon which is the best hair product I have ever used. I always fe ...
