I really found nice offer from one of known company for making internatinal cheap calls specially to india it is less than 0.03/min and if you open acount with thim by get invitation you will got double credit. So if you purchase your acount with 10$ you will get 20$.

It's so annoying when the card tells you have 195 minutes for the call. You make a call for one hour. A couple of hours later you go back and the card tells you have no funds. What happened to the other 2 hours? You call the customer service team (at YOUR expense), am left holding for over 15 minutes only to be told that the computer does not update for 6 hours. You call back again in the morning over 9 hours later only to be told the same thing. Why don't they have a free phone customer service ...

I bought a £5 card, used it once for about 20mins, (out of an apparent 1000+). And then, despite it still having credit, I could never call a single other number on it again. Needless to say thier customer services are the very kind you fear coming across, ie: a million miles away, deaf to your concerns and completely unable to do anything to rectify your loss of time, money and whits.

My wife bought a £5.00 (+ Extra £2.50 free) and used it once. There was £2.74 remaining and when she used it again a few days later was told she had no credit left. I phoned Customer Services who took all the card details. She apologised and told me that even when the card isn't being used the minutes remaining are deducted from the card. She promised to put some more minutes back on but when we accessed the card a few days later there was still no credit remaining. Needless ...

The lycatel branded card used to be very good but for a few weeks now have gone from bad to worse. I bought a card this week and when i wanted to use it, i was told the pin had been blocked. Customer service number meanwhile was not working.

There was nothing good in my experience about Lycatel and their calling cards. Open a card without using it, and you will be surprise Lycatel's computers will use the card for you. I thought I would of received loads of minutes on the cards but Lycatel.com never fulfilled this for me. I therefore do not recommend Lycatel.com.

I bought a lycatel world call card, and used it to call a french mobile. I was told I had 150 minute for the call on an £8.50 card. After using a 18 min call, the card told me the cards value had gone down to £3.11. when i called to complain, the operator agreed and said that he would reimburse the card to the full amount. I called to check the next day. The card had an extra £1 taken off? I called again to ask what was going on. The worst customer service i have ever experi ...

I bought a phone cardfrom them, the pin number is blocked, when I called the customer service I was asked to return the phone card to the store. This is ridiculous. Who would be keeping a receipt for phone card purchases. I am going to tell all my friends verbally how bad lycatel is. This company is not serving customers in my experience.

Lycatel calling cards are the worst calling cards i have ever used. the was a balance of 2 pounds but 2 days after there was no balance. Calling the customer service is the worst part. They are able to speak properly any question we ask they dont have answer its a waste of money in my opinion.

I bought a Cobra International Calling Card from Lycatel which promised £10.00 of calls for £5.00. I made two phone calls to St. Vincent, the two calls lasted 8-10 minutes max, when the card ran out. At the beginning of the second call I was told that I had 41 minutes left on the card. I called customer services and they told me to ring back in six hours so that their system could update, I did this and was again told to call back in six hours as the system had not yet updated. I ha ...

At first I was told that I had 300 minutes for Iran, then I used two times 23 and 33 minutes respectively. After two days when I wanted to use it again for the same destination, I had only 57pence left which was nothing. I called customer services twice and they said because you used it for Iran, you were charged more than the normal tariff although I had been told that I had 300 minutes as far as I can remember, and now the money is not refundable! I do not recommend Lycatel.com.

Lycatel phone cards have a misrepresentation of minutes, when we dial it says £5+ £5 extra i have checked it out 100 times its all misrepresentation just now they mentioned that I have 22 minutes but it gets disconnected in only 10 minutes I had a stop watch right in front of me to check the Lycatel facility but it is useless. Lycatel www.lycatel.com please do tell the facts like how minutes exactly will your customers get.

I purchased a Global phone card which had 7 pounds 50p on to start. After making a call i had 6 pounds 45p left. 4 weeks later i tried to use the card and was told it has expired. On the card it clearly states that the expriry date was December 2012 and the card was valid for 180 days after first use.
I telephoned customer service and was told that there is a daily maintenance charge of about 4p they could not be precise).
To my calculations the even if that was the case i should still have mon ...

Made one 39 min call to the states, when I tried to use again 6 weeks later they told me remaining was used up in service charges. I hope they are at least using the money they took off me to pay a decent wage to the kind Indian man who tried to speak English with me at customer service. Well recommend Lycatel.com.

Poor sound quality in my opinion. Often took 3-4 attempts to connect. Sometimes drops your calls to tell you how much credit you have left. Massively overquotes minutes remaining. Doesn't seem to let you make a calls even when you do have some credit left.
I've since bought a Post Office phone card which is way better sound quality, far more reliable and cheaper!
