Read your contract before purchasing the card online at pinsonsale.com. There are initial charges when you connect and weekly charges eventhough you don't use your card. Plus 10% to 20% fees that you have to be aware. The card is cheap compare to other phonecards, but if you add all this fees you'll end-up paying more than you thought. In addition since they charge for maintenance fee every week eventhought you don't use your card you'r being charged. The point is they want you to use the card right away otherwise you'll runout of balance if you wait longer knowing the charges so they make money that way.

I use them for almost 3-5 years but NOT anymore! I have been using them but then they don't value old customers, I purchased a phone card and when I dialed and the person I called did not answer it told almost 50% of the card amount and when I called helpdesk the person that answered did not know which card I purchased and will not help me.- Read Guest's review (67 words)

Used twice, total 36 minutes and my $20 is gone to $0. According to customer service rep I talked to, I will get a credit, but I have to use it within that day. Also, he said rates will change every time I use... So right. It was quite expensive call I made so far... I wouldn't recommend Pin On Sale to anyone.- Read Guest's review (68 words)

My Pin On Sale.com prepaid $10 phone card was claimed to enable me to call my mother's land-line phone in Germany from my US land-line phone for 416 minutes! Well, two calls to her number within one hour and my $10 phone card was claimed to be used up. No call to Pin On Sale support ever got me connected to somebody and my email to support@usprepaid.com remains unanswered for over a month now.- Read dunkel's review (123 words)

Cards have its rates advertised very low. When you call, this is much, much higher. You are charged even you don't use your PIN. I called card customer support and requested correction. They said in 45min. my credit will be restored for overcharge. My credit was never fixed. . They did not put any effort to fix problem.- Read atikpobydenver's review (61 words)

I wrote an email to customer service to change my address and phone number. They did jot respond to me at all. It is hard to get somebody to pick up the phone from this company. Also their phone rates does not show the actual rates. The real talking time you get from advertised rates are much less than the advertised ones. You can get a much better deal from another web site. I don't recommend this web site to anybody.- Read tinacen's review (99 words)

Like other reviews of this website, my experience with them was very unpleasant.
1. Advertised minutes were NEVER actual minutes, and actual minutes could not be discerned from the fine print.
2. Sometimes, the phone cards get charged without a connection.
3. Complaints to customer service is only available between 9am - 12am CST.
Overall, I now look for phone cards from other websites where the exact conditions are stated without ambiguities, and where 60 minutes is actually 60 minutes ...- Read nono2006's review (98 words)

I read everyones thoughts on Pin On Sale, I did more research to find a new phone card company. I eventually go to Speedy Pin and the card I buy which is the extra clean gives me most minutes same as advertised on their website. I am happy to find they guarantee my card too.- Read duderson's review (59 words)

It is difficult to get connected when using a Pin On Sale phone card, so you end up using more minutes from your service provider.
It does not tell you your balance after making a call. And it sometimes does not finish telling you how many minutes you have for a call after entering the destination number.
I have used better cards.- Read rung78's review (88 words)

The card I bought from Pin On Sale was the Golden Dream with 72 minutes Landline and 53 minutes mobile. Turned out to get 32 minutes mobile on one card 17 minutes Mobile on the other. When I call they were very rude and told me that the card was empty and hung up on me.- Read Richiee's review (79 words)

Because of the hidden charges and fees from Pin On SaleI think I ended up paying more than with another card that I was using before, and which had much higher rates. The advertized 66 minutes on a card become 40 minutes, because of "answering" charges (but *no* connection fees).- Read istet's review (71 words)
