Pro's:
Small size, lives up to it's name
Very clear screen
Good amount of memory for the average music listner
Fits comfortably in the hand
Con's
Click wheel not very intuitive
Headphone socket at bottom of player
Screen can get smudged and scrached very easily
The iPod nano is smaller than most music players and fits very nicely in the hand. Playing games on it is easy, but if you want watch long movies on it, I suggest you buy a larger screen player, the ipod touch for a massive 3.5 inch scre ...- Read King Eden lll's review (255 words)

I've had the iPod Nano 16GB for about a year now, and still think it's great. I've never had any problems with it, and still think the battery holds its charge after a full charging session.
16GB is enough memory for me, it certainly fits all my favorite albums and more. I've never really been an Apple fan, and would always look for an alternative as i consider iPods to be generally quite expensive, but now i'm a firm believer in you pay for what you get, and the Apple iPod Nano's certainly d ...- Read Taylott's review (180 words)

I recently received a bright blue 16GB iPod Nano for my birthday and loved the look. The sleek curves and larger screen display are a much better design than the old generation Nano. Because it is so small I can easily tuck it into my handbag or purse and listen to music on the go, on the train or car. I really like the shake to shuffle although I worry I might shake it too much! The colour display is lovely and I've yet to download any videos in iTunes to watch (note to self - must do so). I ma ...- Read reviewkitten's review (179 words)

I'm a huge fan of Apple and the iPod Nano 4th generation is no exception. Quality product, exceptional looks and nice new curves ensures that Apple remain ahead of the game in this market. First off the iPod Nano 4th generations' screen is much bigger which means that playing games on it is now ok. The new deisgn has also incorporated features such as the screen rotation meaning you can flick it over and I like the fact that you can just shake it to shuffle the songs. However, if you're out runn ...- Read speakout's review (270 words)

The ipod nano is very light compared to the first generation Ipod I also have.Nice screen too for the size and Ive had no problems at all with it since owning.
Very good overall - hard to fault it. It does what it says on the tine and is a great piece of kit. Would love ot have larger file size, but then size and lightness is a factor of not having huge amount of disk space, so the compromise is a fair one.- Read glenc's review (85 words)

I love the new cover flow on the Ipod Nano its really clever that when you flip it over it will automaticly go into cover flow.Theres loads of great ranges of colours too i got mine in pink and love it.Also it is ever soo thin which makes it handy to just slip it in your pocket. You can also find songs/artists on it very easily without any fuss which is great if you just want to listen to a particular song. You can even play games on it using its tilt technology. All in all the ipod nano is a clev ...- Read Guest's review (162 words)

I would not trade my iPod Nano unless it was for a larger version. I have yet to run out of room on it and store music for my wife, kids and me. Thank you Apple! Easy to use, works great with my car, stereo doc, and extra speakers I purchased separately. Was an easy upgrade for iTunes when I upgraded from an iPod Switch. Easy to forget to turn off correctly and loses battery life (my issue really), the earbuds kill- Read robschmelz's review (82 words)

This is a very good product . It can hold a large number of songs and take many photos on it's memory. The battery does not last that long- but i suppose if u use it for a long period of time the battery will run out . It can also be easily scratched so i advise investing in a cover or case for the ipod.- Read Guest's review (64 words)

After the 1st gen Nanos, the 2nd gens had a lot to live up to. The form factor, the sound quality, the software- and they were at least comparable. The first thing that struck me, mine being a re-furb, were the dents in the case. there were plenty, to accompany a cornucopia of scratches. if you are going to abuse the poor thing, you will leave scars. don,t. And of course, the big question for you audiophile types, sound quality? Good, actually! The Stock i Buds will never exceed the i Pod's cap ...- Read starling death's review (662 words)

Where do I start? It keeps freezing almost every other day. We did a search and realized that it is a common problem. Tried the recommendations, but that didn't work either. We have resorted to letting the Nano sleep in the freezer, as this is the only thing that helps.- Read trinimelscorp's review (65 words)
