Good Points: Spacious; the very best in American luxury, elegant and comfortable.
Bad Points: Parking, fuel consumption.
General comments: Aside from the fact that parking is a nightmare and the inevitable high fuel consupmtion you cannot better for luxury in the classic car world. My model is a 1989 Cadillac Broughman.
Automatic, left hand drive with a powerful V8 engine which drives beautifully and makes for a comfortable, smooth journey. Spare parts are surprisingly cheap as this model changed little over the years of it's production. It uses 18 mpg in city/towns and about 24 on motorways. The interior is exceptional with plenty of space and carpeted floors, leather upholstery and a closed in cabriolet style window which gives the car a limousine quality. I would prefer the control of a manuel transmission but the car drives very smoothly and the gearshift situated behind the steering column gives the car that elegant classic feel. An exceptional luxury car with lots of style.
