    Service in Faith is much higher than other shoe shops. Helpful staff, excellent range of shoes/boots.

    I recently used Faith Direct when trying to locate a pair of shoes that had gone into the sale. When trying to order them instore (Faith stores will order in shoes that are out of stock from their warehouse) I was told that because the shoes had been reduced to £10 from £25 that the assistant was unable to order them in for me, as the minimum order was £20. I was a little disappointed by this and decided to phone Faith Direct to order them.

    Not actually possible to order on-line, telephone number.

    Order took 30 minutes to make as the sales assistant didn't understand English.

    Rang by Faith the next day to say they had taken the wrong credit card number down.

    I was told free postage and packaging, charged £3 per pair of shoes (£12 in total!!)

    Arrived a week late.

    I corresponded to Faith most of the time via e-mail and the e-mails I received were unhelpful and very rude.

    Never again!!! ...
