Good Points: Close to the beach.
    Nice and quiet.
Not for those into clubbing and drinking.
    Lots of places to visit.
    Clothing cheap to buy.

Bad Points: Expensive to eat and drink there.

General comments: During Aug 05 I visited Turunc in Turkey; it was a 2.3o min journey from Dalaman airport to the Pelin Hotel.
On the way we were told we would get a free trip, after enquiring about this we were told again you would have to make your own way to Marmaris which was 2 resorts away.
The hotel was advertised with air conditioning which we thought was included in the price of the package.
This was extra. The hotel charges 4 times as much for the water as did the local supermarket.
The room was a very basic room (3 *) the bedside cabinets, the dressing table were in a poor condition. The showers were always cold. The breakfast was repetitive, same everyday.

The hotel has potential but it needs an overhaul first.
Got kids, don't go to Turkey unless you go all inclusive otherwise it could cost more than you paid for the holiday itself just on the food bill.

There are many excursions available and they are worth going on.
We went to Ephesus and Pammukale, a 2 day trip covering 400miles including 1 night 2 breakfast, dinners and one evening meal £45 each including entrance fee and the guide. Well worth it.
