    Text chat takes ages to get a representative in my opinion, as far as I am concerned I've been waiting for over 40minutes!
    The text chat is unhelpful in my opinion as I think, in my experience anyway, the agents are slow at replying and it has taken me about a hour to even talk to anyone as far as I am aware? Therefore I do not recommend Demon Text to Chat Help.

    I recently signed up to Demon Broadband and had some queries with regards my internet access. I contacted their helpline and the recorded message told me I could have up to a 30 minute wait, at which I thought " on an 0870 number no thanks" however it then went on to say, if you had internet access you could go to their web site and speak to an advisor via the Text to Chat service.
