I would discourage everyone to order anything from Calvert USA .I spent 20 mins on the website entering order information only to realize that it crashed on me and is unable to take my orders. I spent 15 minutes on hold for an agent to help, who redirected me to another agent, which I was unable to connect to. Finally I order the product (22.5' x 27.5' Attic Stairs) by speaking to a manager, and spend $400 (product and shipping). I paid $100 for a handyman to install (2 hrs) only to realize... (read more)
