We arrived at Pleasure wood Hills near Lowestoft at 10am having left Cambridge at 8.15 and filled up with petrol on the way, to be greeted by Woody at the gate our 10 year old daughter still thought this was great. Having bought tickets on the internet £39 for the three of us me, hubby and daughter we went to the office and with not having to queue went straight in, for four hours and 15 minutes we walked, they rode on the two rollercoasters, the thunderbolt and various other rides (snake in the grass being 10 year olds fastest, bestest ever!!) and the hubby dared the Wipeout which he said was good too. There were lots of families with young children and I spoke to several who said they were happy with the facilities (always clean and tidy during our visit), and the rides for the little ones. We did not try the trampolines, or go karts as these charged extra, and we did not go to the circus show, but we did enjoy the parrot show with its variety of birds and the sea lions one of which was huge and all the kids got very wet when one sea lion was encouraged to splash. The fish and chips we ate were fresh and very nice and costing £14 for us three including drinks were very good value for money, the coffee at £1.40 excellant and the chocolate bars at 70p not bad compared to most theme parks. For a cheap good value day out this was excellent as long as no big thrill seekers in the group I would recoommend a visit.

Pleasurewood Hills is good but quite expensive. Great for teens but not so good for young kids or older adults.

I thought Pleasurewood Hills was a good theme park in all. They have a nice amount of rides for the young ,teens , adults me and my mate loved wizzydizzy and snake in the grass. But we thought going as a group was over priced not by much though. Wipeout (the new ride) was spectacular it scared me it was so thrilling . We would have liked to know the height restricions and the best rides . I AM GOING ON MY BIRTHDAY YAAAAAAY

Me and my boyfriend decided to visit Pleasurewood Hills for the day after hearing good things about the park, we got the bus from Gt Yarmouth and it was poorly sign posted. Ended up in Lowestoft and had to get another bus out to the park. Bus stopped outside Tescos and sign post didn't say how far to walk to the park, just general direction. Very disapointed at the price even with a discount and the rides were poor, only went on two rides and stayed less than hour before heading back to Gt Yarmo ...

Lowestoft, Pleasurewood Hills is too expensice for whats thereStaff seemed rude, unpleasant and not at all interestedFood was horribleRides were poor, theyre the same things every year. They really need to update and change to make people want to go again! Some rides were broken and we were told by a some what sour faced girl to come back later..All in all I would rather flush my money down a toilet than go there again

I love pleasure wood hills, it is such a great place to go for a party or a treat because all the rides are brilllllllll!!!!!!! I especially like wipe out!!! I don't like all the baby rides they get in the way!!I also don't like the train tracks or the height limits even if they are for safety!!! I absolutely adore Pleasurewood hills full stop!!!

Well I am from a travelling fun fair and my parents own a Kmg After Burner we always put the ride on twice because we think its too short running time. And another ride that I think will be good at your park is a super spin (reflex) ride made by Kmg. Go on their site and have a look. But over all I had a brilliant day with my family

Pleasurewood Hills is a small theme park suitable for all ages. You will find this Theme park on the East coast of England between Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft i.e. basically on the Norfolk/ Suffolk Boarder, its just off the A12 you can't miss it as there is plenty of brown tourist signs to follow.
Pleasuerwood hills is open from beginning of April to the end of October but in September and October are only open weekends. October Half term has a special Halloween week. Opening time vary dependi ...

Wipeout ride is really good at Pleasurewood Hills.

    Nice donuts.

    I saw 27 birds.

The locker remained solid throughout our visit.

There were no episodes of extreme explosive dihorrea, not that we noticed anyway.
However, there were many bad points (see above)

Overall I was disappointed by my visit, I think they need to do some more to entice and keep visitors.

No good points what so ever. Where do we start. The place was filthy dirty. Staff were all glum faced and non friendly. Half the rides and attractions were closed. We paid 50.00 to get in for family of four, complete waste of money in my opinion. Too bad to comment on, wouldn't waste my time going again.

I think that the cost of the Pleasurewood Hills should be lowered and also the food and drink price should be lowered.

And I think there should be more ride for teenagers.

The price was a bit steep £15.00 per adult and about £4.00 for my 3 yr old, but the Aqua world show was good fun, the rides were good (though had it just been myself and the old man i suppose i would have been disappointed by how few there were for the big people) All the same it was far better than i expected and kept us occupied for several hours.

Was really looking forward to visiting Pleasurewood Hills which I hadn't been to in about 15 years. First impression was of the long queues to get in with only three booths open, in all waited about 30 minutes. With the exception of WipeOut the rides were the same as they were 15 years ago, the place looked 'tired' and needs a big injection of enthusiasm and money. All the staff (with one exception) were very nice and helpful. The shows (Parrot, Sea Lion, Circus) were all very entertaining. They ...

Complete waste of money, it looks poor, it is poor it's not worth what they charge and they should pay you to go in there! Will be telling all that it's a waste of money and they should go to the Pleasure Beach in Great Yarmouth, it's cheaper and more fun.

At Pleasurewood Hills you always feel like you will get on every ride in the park in a day, as the waiting time for rides is managed excellently. The staff are helpful and seem to be well trained. The shows are very good and enjoyable for my young family.
We will return when the big roller coaster is running.

Coming to PleasureWood Hills I noticed how easy it was to get to and how well it was sign posted which is rare for some theme parks! It also has a lovely signpost and entrance which is very colourful which blends in well with such a sparky park! The Queues are no hassle(most of the time which is another rare Theme Park moment!) There is a great selection of rides to choose from-if thrilling teenagers don't go for Wipe Out and Wizzy Dizzy i don't know what will! And if the family don't cry for Ca ...

The admission to Pleasurewood Hills was too expensive. There were not enough rides in the park itself for teenagers or adults. There were plenty of rides for children, plus seal and parrot shows, which were fun. Myself and my partner feel that there should be more major rides at Pleasurewood Hills.

After a gap of 15 odd years, I thought it was time to revisit Pleasurewood Hills. All those years ago, I found the best thrill to be the large, almost vertical drop ..wooden slide. Over the years, Pleasurewood Hills has added some new rides and shows and the story this time is quite a different one.

On this visit, there were six of us, aged from 10 yrs to 35 yrs. We had booked our tickets in advance from the web site; two family tickets at £45 each, which meant a £2 saving. Hardl ...
