Having read some of these reviews I do wonder whether these people have ever been to R&K ? I have used various gun shops over the years and have to say that the service you get a R&K is absolutely second to none. Some time ago I had an old side by side completely overhauled and they called me once a fortnight to tell me how the refurbishment was going, when the gun had been reproofed etc etc. Nothing was left to doubt. I have used many different gunshops throughout my 40 years of shooting but i have to say RK have been the best to date. Jonny has always given top notch service. Absolutely no pressure sell (always try's to get you to have a good think about any purchase to make sure it's absolutely right) Great selection of rifles available. So good, I brought girlfriend here to buy her Air Arms, my brother for his Weihrauch and am scheduled to make a visit with girlfriend's Dad for a BSA. Phoned up to see if they had any used Daystate rifles. The chap I spoke to was rude, said he did not have any stock. I then asked if he would take my name and telephone number and call me if he had any in the near future. His reply " I haven't got time to be ringing people back, when I have stock" gave him a polite goodbye, and hung up. Won't be going to that gun dealer for anything at all. (read more)

I have been a customer for over 4 years and purchased 2 air rifles from R & K in the £500 - £700 price range. They were tireless in ensuring that the purchases were perfect for me. I made 3 visits before deciding on the latter purchase; this showing that customer service is paramount. In addition I have bought scopes, mounts and ammunition. As to price - I am not sure that after adding post & packing to on-line orders I could save any cost. However, what I would lose by shopping elsewhere... (read more)

This is a small gunshop in Stony Stratford, Nr Milton keynes, that has made a name locally by offering high quality no BS service. They can offer specialist help advice and service for the rimfire rabbit plinker, long range centrefire varmint shooter, air rifle hunter or target shooter, goose, pheasant, pigeon, or rabbit shotgun shooter, and deerstalker (I'm sure I've missed something out!). I agree with the views given. I have purchased a shotgun, 22 rimfire and 22 air rifle from them. I am just about to use them for my FAC Air rifle. About twelve years of top service to myself; no complaints other than a very cramped shop (but this is friendly).
