    i purchased 2 bags on ioffer last year. i received them very quickly and they were great! No problem with ioffer at all.

    I joined iOffer to buy a DVD of a hard-to-find old movie. I managed to join okay and even made a purchase following quiet a few attempts at getting beyond the first page which was almost always an error message telling me to LOG OUT again immediately. I tried requseting help from iOffer. It took them a week at a time to respond. They told me thay had fixed a bug. I went back to find the log in problems was just the same.     I joined ioffer 3 years ago and bought some 10 ipod nanos that were never sent to me. 1600 dollars down the drain. They told me to contact paypal.
    I started using ioffer again about 3 months ago and put up several cell phones and sold 1. Then all of a sudden I noticed that my items were not showing up anymore. I would go on ioffer as a guest and try to find my cell phones and they simply did not show up. I also could not list items or delete items. Most of the functions in my account did not wor ...

    Ioffer, looks good on the surface. But its not what you see is what you get. You end up with a cheap and nasty alternative or the seller does not send anything and leaves ioffer with many sucked in customers money and Ioffer have no consumer protection what so ever just a link to Paypal.
    All in all it is a two bit thieve haven. I would never use Ioffer again or let anyone else that i know or that i come to know to use this dodgey site again.

    I stopped selling DVDs and Blu-Ray on eBay in 2008 when the eBay V.E.R.O became too bad.
    The eBay Verified Rights Owner (VeRO) Program got out of hand and forced many sellers offering legal products, like DVDs and CDs, into suspension.
    So many then many sellers moved on to ioffer.
    We listed 5 brand/new factory sealed Blu-rays on ioffer, we had bought two weeks earlier on Amazon:

    iOffer has ZERO customer support, it does nothing to assist with customers issues. It's a very poorly designed site that makes handling multiple orders from a single buyer and they suspend people with no explanation whatsoever.

    I am extemely unhappy with IOffer. I ordered a purse and mathcing wallet as a set. Noy only did I recieve the wrong purse but they sent some crappy jewerly in place of the wallet.

    ioffer is not good - I had my account shut down by C.O.P.S. for trademark reasons. I tried to sell UGGS boots originals from store. No explanation nothing! just got a message saying its been suspended. I asked but the only reply was we have no control over COPS.

    Over the past several months, I think the site has grown and matured a lot. It's amazing that they're able to handle the record traffic and members and keep the site up, since they don't take down the site during upgrades.

    With TONS of tools and features, it's definitely worth trying out. There's nothing to lose, since everything is FREE until you sell something.

    One particular area I like is their community, with some many people willing to help you on whatever you need.

    I like the clean feel of the ioffer site and it's easy to list or import listings from other sites. As an alternative to an eBay store its super. It's a great place to list items that did not sell on the first list / relist at eBay. Fee structure requires no upfront costs, and lots of features (eg good photos) are without additional cost.     I wish they could keep the system up I can't get on half the time and it always goes down while listing items and then you have to start all over. and no one seems to care. it is very frustrating.

    No buyer protection it seems? iOffer has not yet responded or returned messages I left in the "contact us" section as far as I am aware- despite the stated agreement to contact complaintant.

    iOffer DOCTORS feedback. They did not post the 2 negative feedbacks on a deceitful seller I dealt with and my business partner dealt with. We posted the comments - and the ratings - and they never showed on the site it seems. Our purchases have not yet arrived either...
    Therefore I do not recommend ioffer.c ...

    I switched from eBay to Ioffer.com for a while and found the site so frustrating and difficult to use as a seller, that I gave up and went back to eBay where at least I sell things. I couldn't sell anything on Ioffer.com. As a buyer, the site is a bit better, I bought a couple of things on there and had good buying experiences. But as other reviewers have mentioned, there is NO RECOURSE on that site, if a seller screws you over and takes your money without delivering your item. That is a killer ...

    I ordered a couple of cuff bracelets in August last year and they never arrived. I contacted the seller on numerous occassions just to be told they had been sent but they never arrived I was extremely annoyed, the seller had got my money and I never had any goods surely this cannot be right!

    Ebay is too out dated now I feel. Power seller will kills you if you try to compete with them by pulling dirty tricks (Power Sellers never need to present invoice for their fake handbags!). I well recommend IOffer.com, Flexible, good trading area. Customer Service is very helpful.

    Professional looking site compared to others out there. Has a chance to become one of the best if people find it. They have improved the site greatly. Site loading is quick, inventory loading is easy, easy to edit etc.

    Some great features such as mr. Grabber and the ability to negotiate with the buyer or seller is great. Also, knowing the fee ahead of time is nice. But, customer services in my experience has been unhelpful. Some great ideas but, poorly executed in my opinion. If you have patience it's a nice compliment to other online selling avenues. Good luck actually contacting someone from I offer if you have a problem or issue though. C- grade. Should work better.

    I have yet to find any good points about the site. Although the people I have dealt with (when I can get onto the site) have been great and helpful. I have found IOffer to be the most frustrating site I have ever come across. It has taken me 5 days to respond to a seller who answered my wanted ad. He keeps putting messages on but I can't access them. When I can, I can't leave a message most times. I have been trying to get an invoice but to no avail!
