On two separate occasions I joined Slimming World both of them ended in failure. The first time I joined I had a leader that was very rude to me by saying that members complained about my two children being noisy and untidy albeit they were babies at the time, I walked out in disgust vowing never to return. Second occasion I tried a different meting but found that hard to get to but the leader I had was very nice, I went to a different SW meeting one in my area, and one of the weighers took great pleasure in humiliating me in front of everybody in a quite a rude way by saying I had put on a lot of weight, walked out in disgust vowing never to return to SW again after that nasty experience.

Totally unethical company to work for, I'd joined the company some 6 months prior to my heart attack. The day I came out of my angiogram surgery, my line manager called me to say 'we accept your verbal resignation' which is a lie, as I'd not resigned. Having been with them less than 2 years my rights were reduced to a point I had no choice but to accept it. I urge you all to avoid this companies products and services as a stand against their unethical behaviours.

The plan is good providing you like a variety of fruit and vegetables and it's pretty easy to follow, it may take a few weeks to really get your head around what you need to do but if you have the time to make meal plans you'll get on well with it. The groups, on the other hand, are simply awful. People inevitably turn up early but you are not allowed to be weighed until the exact time the group is meant to start meaning that if you're staying for the 'Image Therapy' you'll have a very long wait whilst the volunteers get everyone through the payment and weigh-in. The 'Image Therapy' is very lengthy, extremely boring and rarely useful. The consultant will go through every single person in the group and talk about their week whether it's a loss or a gain; most of the people that stay do so every week so you hear the same thing every time. I did Weight Watchers years ago and the consultant would talk to a handful of people regarding their loss/gain and then the rest of the meeting would be tips, useful information, recipe sharing and even the occasional cooking session. You'll also find that most of the groups have their little cliques who the consultant will spend a lot of time talking to then if you have something to say, you get approximately a minute to share. It seems that the consultants have little or no training and half of them haven't hit target or are even close to hitting it. Surely a diet consultant should be able to show that the diet works?? Even though you're paying £4.95 per week to stand on some scales and listen to a completely uninteresting and useless meeting you get nothing for it; the 'Lifeline Online' has a few good aspects but it needs a serious update. A couple of areas get updated once a week but other than that it seems that it's all the same thing. Even the prizes given out to the 'Slimmer of the Week' are usually 'Free Foods' that the other members have brought it. You also have to book holidays, whether this is due to work, illness, an actual holiday or you know you've had a bad week so don't want to waste the money. If you happen to forget to contact your consultant, the following week you have to pay double! If I decide to not go to group for 1 week, the only person that affects is me! Overall, it becomes boring. Slimming World need to seriously think about updating their rules, the group structure and the membership...surely you should get something more for being a member than just having the privilege to stand on the slimming world scales!

My consultant has changed several times in the year I have been a member. Slimming world need,s to give them better support. Some would be good. They don't care for their consultant,s. Which mean's they don't care about us member,s. I know the class has to follow guidelines. But there need,s to be some lee way to suit the members in each class. As we are not at school and do have mind,s of our own. WAKE UP SLIMMING WORLD BEFORE IT,S TO LATE. AND YOUR MEMBERS MOVE ELSEWHERE AS THEY ARE ALREADY DOING. BACK YOUR CONSULTANT,S.

The plan itself is really good although it does take a while to understand everything, it would be useful if the leaders spent more time explaining it to the members not just rushing through it. The overall class itself is boring, constantly going round each member and clapping for every result whether good or bad, but, never explaining especially to new members how to make the plan work or where they may be going wrong, just allowing other members to do the work for them by answering questions. I find the leader at my group tends to have her favourites and spends a lot of time letting them speak but skips over everyone else. She never gives any useful advice just says let me have a food diary, but, yet again doesn't get back to the person with any constructive criticism. Why can't they spend the time answering queries rather than the pointless exercise of clapping each member? I think this is why a lot don't stay to class, they get nothing from it. What also annoys me and others is if a person can't stay and they are the slimmer of the week they don't even get the certificate the following week, why? They have paid there fee like everyone else. Perhaps if SW sent undercover members to check out clubs and how they perform they may get a better picture of what annoys members. When the leader knows the area manager is coming her attitude is completely different thereby giving a false impression. Overall I would not recommend the Ramsbottom class it is too much of a clique.

Success on this plan really depends upon how committed you are to sticking to an eating plan that revolves around endless amounts of mushrooms, eggs, carrots and peppers. Those are the basic foods you will find yourself consuming by week 3-4 because they are cheap and easy to source. Okay, so people do stick to it and lose weight but variety is the spice of life and you will find yourself becoming bored with coming up with ways of presenting these 'speed' foods in new and interesting ways. So you find yourself branching out and searching for more exotic fruits and vegies to make things interesting and that's when it becomes expensive and you'll find you're buying and cooking things that the rest of the family wont touch with a barge pole. It's fine if you're single or a couple with no kids, but having to buy a separate order of food items along with the family shopping is hard to budget in. Pasta is 'free' so if you feel comfortable having consumed a mountain of pasta during the day then you wont feel hungry but I found it tummy-bloating to say the least. You can only have 2 slices of bread from a small loaf a day, or two weetbix or a tiny 30gms of approved cereal - leaves you feeling parched. Very small amount of milk allowed which I feel is not good for women of childbearing age. I've not met anyone to date who has kept the weight off for too long after achieving their target. It's basically too much protein and too few carbs to sustain this for a lifetime.

I have lost weight in the past with Weightwatchers, but I've let things slip and put a stone back on. I joined SW this time only because I've moved house and there isn't a convenient WW meeting. I have to admit I only went to SW meetings for a few weeks before I decided it wasn't for me. The eating plan makes sense, and there are certainly lots of things that are 'free food', however, there is little scope for 'treats' as everything that makes life pleasurable (eg chocolate, cheese, wine) has a lot of Syn values. Exercise is not taken into account at all and seems to have little mention, at least at the meeting I attended. There were five new members the week I joined, we had an introductory talk with the consultant in a separate room to the main meeting, we were then taken into the very crowded meeting room and sat down to await the 'image therapy' session. We weren't introduced, and no-one spoke to us. I''m quite an outgoing person and over the next few weeks I persevered but never felt part of the group, which I thought was rather a 'clique', lots of people who had obviously been going there for ages and knew each other well but had little interest in making new members feel at home. I didn't feel comfortable and found the meeting very tedious and extremely long, as we had to 'celebrate' every weight loss, however small. The consultant was very young - not a problem in itself, but I don't think she was very experienced, I found her boring and uninspiring. She sent a ridiculous number of lengthy group texts in between meetings but I got no support from her, she didn't seem interested in my progress and In fact didn't speak to me at all after the first meeting so in the end I decided to stop going to meetings. I've de died it really isn't worth spending 4.95 a week to step onto someone else's scales and waste an hour of my life at a boring meeting. I emailed the consultant And saidI I wasn't going to attend any more, but she didn't reply, which I thought was strange - surely she should at least have wanted to know why I've left? I'm sure there are good SW meetings out there but this isn't one of them.

I agree with other reviewers, the diet is good but the standard of support is variable. I didnot get a new members introduction, so I was left struggling to understand the terms EE and SP I only lost 3.5 lbs in 5 weeks and I thought Iwas sticking to the diet, I submitted 5 food diaries and only got 1 back with a comment which didnt help, and that was only after numerous texts to the consultant. I was really didisappointed that an experience which could have been so positive to me left me feeling negative and very unhappy. I am trying to get a refund as I paid in advance, I still am undecided whether I should try a different group.

The plan is good and does work, sadly the quality of consultants and groups varies enormously. Going round the room discussing weight losses is a great idea in principle but as a group member it is usually extremely boring and after a couple of weeks you never learn anything new because the same old information is repeated. Myself, my daughter and niece have therefore decided to continue following the plan ourselves. We have invested in a good pair of scales and three money boxes in which we put our £5 per week. We love the chance to get together over a cup of tea and a chat and so far the results are much better than attending group. We do discuss recipes, what's gone well and what has hindered but our support for eachother is the key. Slimming World it is time to review your consultants performance (they all try very much harder when they are having a visit)and the format of meetings IMAGE therapy is BORING!

After my third and last attempt to get into the swing of Slimming World I decided that these groups are only as good as the consultants running them and I was not willing to spend any more money trying to find a group that worked for me. It is okay for the critics of those who dare to complain about SW to come on here and say 'just try another group' but each time you do it costs you more money, probably more miles in petrol and you have to beat that 'back to square one' feeling you get each time you restart. I found the same issues with the three groups I attended - three in the space of a year. The newbie talk was rushed. The meetings were overcrowded to the point where it was usual to stand in a queue for almost 30 minutes waiting to be weighed. There was no way around it either no matter which time I arrived; if I arrived early for weigh-in I then had to wait almost 45 mins for the rest of the weigh-in to be completed and for the class to begin. If you arrive later you risked being told to wait until after the class - but you have pay before you sit down though. Coffee is available during the weigh-in but trying to relax and enjoy a steaming cup of coffee in a flimsy plastic cup with toddlers running wild around you was a nightmare and a safety hazard. The meetings were more like a mothers group than a serious slimming group and I felt a more professional approach should apply when you are paying money to attend these things and find yourself surrounded by babies and toddlers who cannot stay quiet. I am a mother too by the way! Image Therapy...hello? just what does this mean exactly? the consultant goes around each person reading their names off a list in the order each person weighed in announcing their gain or loss and how long you get to speak depends on how 'in' you are with the consultant. A common complaint I understand. Also, if you weighed in early you get your weight read out early - great - but then have to sit for over an hour listening to other peoples results - if you weighed in late you have to sit for over an hour waiting your turn. The consultants had their favourites, they all seem to, and some women held the floor for ages going into great detail about what they did and ate on their holidays - other women including myself got our weights read out to feeble applause and then our personal 'therapy' consisted of 'Are you set for the week then? good!'...and onto the next person. I never learned any recipes - I guess they want you to buy their books - no suggestions for how to make the most of food allowances, just reading out weights, laughing and chatting (with the clique) and then 'Have a successful week!' and it's over! the consultant is then busy weighing in the newbies and get packed up so I as never able to speak to them personally. I got no phonecalls to check up in my first weeks at each of the groups and one consultant only favoured Facebook as her point of contact and when anyone asked her a question she'd say 'Im going to throw this one out to the group... can anyone answer this?' if not that then just photo after photo of plates of food people were about to eat. The eating plan is basically high protein-low carb. The recommended wholemeal bread, Hovis Nimble, is thin as paper and not at all satisfying so I preferred to go without altogether. Portion control is not part of the ethos and I think portion control has to come into it somewhere as eating is largely behavioral. I dont agree that you can or should eat as much potato and pasta as you like and I have seen people not lose weight week after week by taking this literally. You'd think you could eat as much fruit as you like - you cannot - some have to be strictly limited, the 'superspeed' fruits simply make you go to the loo. 'Fill up your plate with free foods' is fine so long as you can stomach endless amounts all day every day of baked beans, tinned tomatoes, salad veg, eggs, tinned tuna, capers, muller light yogs. You get bored with these 'empty' foods that don't fill you up and you are not learning how to control your portions by piling your plates high as they say. The only way to stay feeling full is to eat loads of the lean meats but who wants to eat meat all the time? I noted that people lost large amounts of weight, I also know people who lost loads of weight with SW only to put it all back on again once they stopped attending because portion control never figured in the eating plan. I now follow the heart foundation's eating plan and have lost 2 stone in the past 3 months and I can eat bread during the day - proper bread too - and I can take more milk daily which is something that is severely restricted on SW (only 1/3 of a cup?) and for women this is not appropriate as they need calcium. My days are not focused on 'filling my plate high' with anything as what I now eat fills me enough to not need to do that. I know some will be offended by this critique but basically SW is a money making organisation when you come down to it - I know people do lose weight with SW but the most important thing it taught me is that it does not cost money to lose weight and you don't need to be reduced to being a number on a plastic card to feel like you are doing something worthwhile.

I joined SW for the second time just after Christmas, having lost almost 5 stone following the plan several years ago so I know it works. Maybe it is the consultant at my group, but I felt patronised, humiliated and embarrassed every time I attended. In the end, despite having paid for 12 weeks, I only actually attended 6 sessions as I couldn't put myself through this awful experience anymore. I have however, followed the diet myself at home and have now lost my first stone. To be honest I think SW need to look at training their consultants to be more sympathetic and understanding and not just standing at the front of the room reading out everyones losses or gains. With hindsight, I wish I had saved myself the £49.50.

I am so glad l have found this review page. I have been going to slimmers world on & off for nearly two years only to loose at the most 6lb each time and that is sticking to the programme religiously and exercising on a treadmill 24 mins & swimming every other day. When l weighed in the other day l had gained 3lb by following the extra easy programme and was asked 'what on earth have you been doing'? By the lady who records your weight. (Which is not her place to comment)! This was not said quietly or privately. I wouldnt of minded so much if l had of cheated. I felt awful . The slimmers world suits some & it works ! I find when you arrive at the class you are either welcomed or totally ignored & made to feel your in the way. You have to wait in a very long queue to pay & be weighed which is not very private if you want it to be. Then you go and sit down & wait & wait till all the over crowed class has been weighed. The consultant chats abit . THEN ! WAIT FOR IT! The drawn out going round every individual weight progress report!!!! ? I have on times tried not to go to sleep . This is the the time l find you find out the consultants favorites!!! They constantly stress you can eat as much pasta, potatoes, rice ! I don't think so !! I think you need to still watch your portion control to succeed on this programme. Or just look on the heart foundation's website and they will advise you how to eat healthy and its for free.

I agree with you 100%. I followed this plan to the LETTER. I printed off my food plan every day and showed it my consultant every week. No one could work out why I was putting weight ON. It works for some people, although how I don't know, but it didn't work for me. It was so demoralising. So now I'm with WeightWatchers. What a difference!! In my first week I lost six pounds!!! I lost NOTHING with SW, not an ounce. You are quite correct, you do still need to watch your portion sizes. However with SW your lead to believe you can eat as much as you want of *free foods*, and *pile your plate high* and you will lose weight!! Rubbish. I ate lots of ruit because most of it is super speedy, and then got told to cut down!! What the hell DO they want you do to? Never again, it's WW all the way for me from now on. Best thing ever.

I completely agree with you - I hate SW and will not be going back to the patronising and humiliation. I will continue to lose weight on my own.

I have been going to slimming world now for 2 months, weight loss at first was great. I struggle with my diet as I cant eat gluten, onion, hot spicy food, or dark green veg. I rely on fruits as a snack at work but stick to melon, apples and strawberries (the SS choices). I recieved a text today from our group leader saying "try n stop the snacks even if they r fruit ... nothing tastes as good as being slim feels" I was quite shocked at this cavalier approach to slimming and going against the advice of nutritionists that recommend we include fruit in our diets as they provide a high source of vitamins and fibre as part of our 5 a day. Very poor advice.
Written on: 22/07/2013
I ate loads of fruit as it is supposed to be free food, and some of the members advised me not to eat so much of it. Talk about confusing!!
Written on: 27/07/2013
Yes me too. I ate LOADS of fruit because it's free food and super speedy and also got advised not to eat so much of it. What the hell ARE you supposed to do then? Talk about confusing.!

I started 3 weeks ago and each week the scales have been wrong. Last week everyone had gained weight in the entire group, we complained and was assured the scales were correct. This week everyone lost 10 to 12 pounds! again we were assured this was right because they were new scales from head office. Later we were weighed again and I went from loosing 8lb to gaining 1 1/2lb. Extremely disappointing all round. I complained to the area manager who was visiting only to be told it is not about being weighed its about what you get from the group after RUBBISH!!Get real slimmers world everyone there goes to be weighed....accurately. A refund should have been offered but instead I feel I was brushed aside. So all in all not a satisfactory experience.
Written on: 04/06/2013
Oh thank god I have not been imagining things, this very issue has been bothering me because I suspected on several occasions that the scales at SW were not correct. The problem is if you question the scales and have been recorded as either having gained or 'maintained' you are accused of sour grapes. 'The scales never lie' apparently....
Written on: 22/07/2013
Agreed. I queried the scales but was told they cannot be wrong!!
Written on: 27/07/2013
Yep me too. Got told they are very expensive scales that calibrate themselves and are NEVER wrong.

The diet itself is easy enough. However the body image classes lacked enthusiasm and commitment from the instructor. She herself had virtualy stoppped following the diet and shared with us how much she had 'cheated' each week. The final straw was being in a session where the highest weight loss was half a pound from the group and the instructor was the slimmer of the week with a pound loss!!! This coupled with her criticism of a new member who had a fabulous first weeks loss and in his absence she said' it was only because he was wearing a jacket the first week!!' In my view this was unprofessional and judgemental. very disappointing.
Written on: 14/07/2012
Our consultant is amazing , and our body image is so supportive everyone gives help and support to each other , I've lost 6st 3lb in 18 months most new members lose loads men often lose 7lb each week for their first few weeks , but a lady lost 7 and a half on her first week , even a lady who has been coming the same time as me and lost 2 stone to date really followed the plan as it should and lost 6lb this week , anyone who wants to seriously want to lose weight should join slimming world . if your consultant isnt doing what she should be doing report her , you are paying her to help you.

I was really motivated to start losing weight wheni went to slimming world having had 2 children and piled it on. Initailly i thought the consultant was really nice, that was until i started to breast feed my 4 month old daughter. I was sat at the back in a daytime meeting and am very discreat, however she told me that she would prefer me to next time 'bring something in a bottle' or to sit behind the screens as she didnt feel it was appropriate! Absolutly disgusting attitude, and i will never go back or recomend her to anybody.
Written on: 12/01/2012
I agree with the consultant. I would feel uncomfortable and they can be mixed groups so I think its inappropriate. I appreciate you need to do it but she did say you could sit behind a screen. Why should everyone else feel uncomfortable?
Written on: 06/07/2012
Wow! I know I'm a bit late responding, but Garrodl!!! Really?
You're right, this has nothing to do with the diet, but I'm shocked at such a dated and medieval point of view surfacing in the year 2012.
I thought we were past all those archaic primitive thought processes, I'm shocked and saddened to see that you aren't.
As for the diet, fair play for you joining, there are many good consultants, even though the diet isn't for me, it works for many people and you have done well to join in the first place.
Don't be disheartened.

With all due respect this has nothing to do with slimming world being a good diet to follow ..this is a reviewer experiencing someone who is extremly ignorant ...I too was told to not bring my 5 month old daughter to group because she couldnt settle at the time i was abit put out but understood it could be off putting for the rest of the group but a woman breastfeeding is not something that should be addressed as inappropriate.....I would encourage you to join another group and have a chat with the consultant first before you went ...the plan is brilliant and it would be a shame for you to miss out ..best of luck

Garrodl, what a pig headed response to the most natural thing in the world. Babies need to eat. FACT!!! And just because the baby is feeding from the breast, it doesn't mean that any part of the breast is visible. It can be done very discreetly.
I have no children but I still understand the concept of having to feed your child.

i attend a slimming world class and i find the concept of eat as much AS YOU WANT OF FREE FOOD NOT REALLY GOOD FOR RETRAINING APPETITE SIze am totally unimpressed with being weighed by neighbours i started before christmas and there were almost 100 in class this has now dwindled to about 30 as people have complained that they would much rather be weighed by the leader one woman who weighed me even said god you dont look that heavy the leader says that this is slimming world policy but i know one of the ladies who weighed us discussed weights outside of class we do not need to pay to be ridiculed it is totally unprofesssional this is a country area where everyone knows everyone i only go because it is so close to home
Written on: 26/05/2011
I completely agree. I stopped going to a class for the same reason. I strongly object to someone other than the consultant weighing me and having access to my personal details.

Punctuation, are you real! Makes me think that you are a slimming world consultant maybe? Needing to pick at someone for simply not liking the diet? To be frank if you are slimming world can go a **** itself xx (excuse the grammer, oops grammar)

Plucked up the courage to join SW 6 weeks ago.
Consultant rushed through the main principles of the plan and then I joined the group session. Consultant did lots of manic giggling and time wasting and seemed to have certain favourites that she concentrated on. Didn't learn anything constructive. 2nd week thought I would stay again to see if the group would be better. Not a chance complete waste of time. Coupled with the fact that the women who check you in and weigh you are as miserable as sin I didn't stay to any more sessions. So £4.95 to stand on a scale in front of a rather abrupt woman I consider a waste of time and money. As for the actual diet it becomes expensive and rather tedious as time goes on.
Written on: 13/05/2011
I found this review not helpful because... this is her stupid opinion on her class that she attended! she cannot say that slimming world is not good just because the class she went to was bad! not all the women who wigh you in are miserable!!!! i've been at SW for 10 weeks now and lost 1 stone 13 lbs and the women who weigh you in are so friendly helpful and kind and my consultant does everything she can to help! i think this review is stupid and quite ignorant! not other peoples fault that this person doesnt want to stand on front of someone to be weighed! personally i think that helps because you dont want people telling you've put on weight every week!!!

I have to say that one of the reasons I stopped going to classes was down to the consultant.
Whenever I arrived at class she would be outside smoking until the last minute, rush through a really quick explanation with the newbies and be late starting the group. Would stand at the front making crude jokes and waving around the "blobby" (fat replica) and asking everyone to put their hand up if we lost any blobbies - felt like I was back in junior school. She came across very patronising and really felt I was being spoken to like a child with some of the things she said to the group! It even got to the point that I would only stay to class as punishment if I had not lost or had put on.
There was a bingo/raffle thing that took a while to go around but not much sharing of experiences or recipes plus every week having to contribute to the prize for who lost the most weight was a bit of a pain especially as I had paid for the classes already but was expected to buy something to put in every week too.
I did not feel particularly supported and lost enthusiasm very quickly.
I decided to go it alone and I managed to lose 18lbs over 6 months before my wedding and I was not even being totally strict and probably stretched my syns sometimes.
Another friend goes to a class she says is great so sometimes its just the consultant not working for you as she has lost 4 stone now. I would recommend trying another class. Tricky for me as this consultant seems to do most of the classes in the Hemel Hempstead area.
After I stopped following Slimming World I have slowly put the weight back on sadly so am considering trying my friend's group or going it alone again because the diet really does work. My mum and 2 of my bridesmaids lost large amounts of weight before my wedding on it too and I know loads of other people who swear by it. Don't write it off just yet, try another consultant and see if that helps.

None of you's mnention the meeting you attended, I am thinking of joining but the comments of the class consultant are putting me off, which class is it!!

I started at a class two weeks ago and my class is exactly like this! No advice or encouragement, just given pack and expected to pay £4.95 to step on the scales. An army of women run ours whilst the leader is outside smoking......it really isn't good, especially as one of them is really not up to working the lap top so it takes an age to book in. The leader just stands reading out losses and gains and that's it, time to go home.It really is the most unprofessional set up I have been to. Yet SW make it sound like it's the most glamorous thing in the world......I'm trying so hard to lose weight and it is happening slowly but I wonder why I'm paying and then scouring the internet for advice? This week may be my last if it doesn't improve.

I can completely understand this persons review! She sounds like she attended the same group as I did. I stopped going because the consultant just giggled and laughed her way through each meeting, she had her favourites too and would spend 10 minutes chatting to them while the rest of us waited. The only thing she did each week was go through everyone's weight losses each week and that was it - meeting over! We never learnt anything new. Therefore "image therapy" was not carried out. I ordered books / magazines each week, and each week she "forgot". I never ended up with my orders. Also my meeting was towards the end of the week - so there were only the least favourable flavours of HiFi bars left. There were never any mint madness or chocolate orange ones left! The person who weighed us in was completely miserable and if I had gained half a pound she would roll her eyes at me and tut tut under her breath!
Luckily I have done some research online to find out how the diet actually works and I feel more confident now. I will be enrolling in a new group with a different consultant on Monday. For me, the first time around was a waste of money because I didn't lose much (only £££'s) - but I blame that down to the consultant not explaining things properly! But that is my PERSONAL OPINION on that SPECIFIC group. Now that I understand the actual diet - I think it's brilliant!

Ladies I think your coments are so agressive not friendly. Person write what she thinks, you don't have to attack.
Anyway, I think the concultant have to be retrained. To not fail SW's reputation.

I found this review not helpful because...The writer would find it an expensive waste of money if she did not stay to class.SW is a greatsupportive way to lose weight, share ideas and make likeminded friends who all help you along your journey.I think the writer should possibly try a different class to compare different delivery styles.I would suggest her negative attitude would probably influence the person who was weighing her. After all, you arent going to fall over yourself to be pleasant to someone who moans like she does.I say with her negative attitude its a good job she is not going back as she will never lose wight weight and would most likely put others off too. She should put money energy into reading the books than blaming everybody else for her failings.

Hi there, have tried w/w but was so hungry & deprived so thought i would give this wirl, previously tried many years ago. I thought give extra easy a go sounded good but just got weighed & didnt loose anything. So i think i will go back to green & red days, can someone advise is this better than the extra easy as i thought it would be easier to keep tabs on? Feel quite disheartened on first week and need to loose 2 & half stone. Be greatful for your thoughts x

Brit2015's Comment

Totally agree with this comment. I went to a group and it was boring with a capital B. The whole meeting was taken up going round the group stating how much weight (or not) they had lost. Learned nothing and the consultant was useless. No feedback on my diary which is submitted religiously for four weeks. She was totally disinterested. I left the group.
