Delivery service appalling. When package not delivered when promised TK Maxx customer services claimed it had been and simply did not want to know after all they had taken the money for the goods so were not in the least interested whether I actually received them. Avoid buying anything online.

I love TK Maxx and do a lot of shopping there. I travel quite a bit and I have had lovely comments from strangers about items that I've bought from TK Maxx. I'm plus size and other high street shops don't seem to cater for the larger woman who wants to look chic.
If I have a complaint it's about the way in which the clothes are squashed onto the rails. Shopping requires stamina and determination but it's usually worth the effort.
I've never had a problem with returns or rude staff.
    I also h ...

I bought a dress from TK maxx 20 days ago. I tried to return it (with receipt) for a refund or credit note. I was confronted by a an extremely rude salesperson who bluntly refused and looked almost smug to be giving me the news the 14 day returns policy was in force and she would not refund. So now I am left with a dress I do not want. But the most annoying thing about the whole experience was the rude, aggressive and dismissive salesperson. Customer Service ? What customer service ? I have sinc ...

I love T.K.Maxx, People don't seem to understand T.K. Its off-price retail but retail non-the-less. It's not a car-boot sale, Not a charity shop or any kind of latter between the 2 or other wise so stop haggling as ive often seen customers haggling with staff over price. Returns: It's 14 days like it or not, if it were 30 days or more like "expected" people would get the wear out of the item and return it which may be part of the reason it's 14 days. Bras ARE returnable but underwear ISN'T, HYGI ...

T.K.Maxx is off-price retail and the stock they recieve from suppliers could be either past season (the majority of brits seem to be too fashion concerned to be seen wearing something that was "in fashion" a month ago but is now obsolete),"imperfect" stock (a stitch slightly off is no good for full price retail apparently) or otherwise other reasons but the majority of stock is perfect. People may not have heard of most of the brands but none-the-less they exist in other stores somewhere. People ...

TK Maxx is probably the place I spend the most money - great bargains.

However, if you ever have to return stuff you discover a whole different side to the company, a nd this isn't limited to any one shop, it seems to be a standard policy of rudeness and dismissiveness.

Customer service after you buy is shockingly bad and new rules for returns (Must be within 14 days and ONLY with receipt) and for underwear NO RETURNSOR REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON (despite the fact that the signs clearly say you a ...

The staff in TK Maxx are unhelpful, unfriendly, and rude. Their 14 day return policy is far less than other major retailers but they do not clearly advertise this. And they are very unforgiving about extending this. After 14 days you do not get a refund, exchange, or voucher. It is just too bad. I will certainly be looking/creating a fault in the item that I purchased so that I can exercise my statutory rights and return the item for a full refund!!

This is another returns fiasco. My partner took two bras back for a refund only to be greeted by a seemingly rude member of staff who refused, even though it says on the back of the receipt that you can return bras. The member of staff implied that my partner had worn the bras and even suggested she had washed the items. So I made a complaint to head office who gave me the impression in their reply that they did not want to know. I was disappointed with their customer service.

I don't know why people keep moaning about the 14 day returns policy at TK Maxx. They were very generous by letting customers have 30 days and then issuing credit if it was over that. Unfortunately that left the company wide open to fraud as dishonest people were taking advantage of that. 14 days is plenty of time to decide whether or not you like an item, and if you decide you don't, then take it back, or get someone else to take it back for you within the 14 days with the receipt if you can't ...

Only just discovered TK Maxx and I'm glad I did. Got myself a new suit, shoes and a pair of trainers for under £100 and it all seems good quality. There was a long wait to pay as they seemed understaffed and it took a long time finding the right items, but well worth investing the time as you will be rewarded!

TK Maxx is a fab shop, though you do have to take time to look around. I bought a pair of French Connection boots from there nearly 4 years ago, and they have been worn to the death. They have finally given up now, but they have been brilliant boots. The best thing is the tag stated £250.00, but TK Maxx only charged £50.00. Absolute bargain!

Oh I love TK Maxx, I have found some great bargains here. I admit it can take some courage to rummage through everything they have but one good find can make it all worthwile. I found the most anazing LBD there and at £20 I couldn't believe my luck. Definitely my favourite shop ever!

A year or so ago I purchased a pair of Reebok trainers and pink stilettos from TK Maxx. What can I say? Both had risen above all my expectations! They both look as good as new, and after a year of being constantly worn, that's pretty impressive!! They are comfortable and long lasting, and as an extra bonus they look terrific.

A worthy buy, and I would recommend TK Maxx shoes to adults and children alike!!!

I recently bought a pair of possibly the most comfortable and well made 'trainers' I have ever had. They were Gravis and in TK Maxx were only £17 versus the normal price of around £45. I know that the price reflected that these shoes were a discontinued line from Gravis but as long as one is not a complete fashion victim, who cares! They are wonderful almost like walking around in carpet slippers all the time.
