I love the Vauxhall New Tigra 1.4i !! everything about it is fun and funky !!!

the speed of the roof !!!!
lots of space for only having 2 seats
    sporty look

closing the boot is the only downfall, hate holing the button in but that could be me being lazy!

I bought my Tigra three years ago - great colour and was a joy to drive. The problem is after a heavy rain storm I am greeted to sodden carpet and a quarter of an inch of rain in the driver foot well. The car has been returned to Vauxhall for the last three years and they seem to be baffled. Any advice ????

A joy to drive. A nightmare when in freezing as you have to remove the ice from the window both inside and outside. Not nice.

Just love my new Tigra. Only had it 48 hours!
Like the comfort, responsive drive, easy controls, smart styling, quick to warm up, cosy, feel safe, good road holding.

I recently bought my Tigra 1.4 and I love it. My Tigra is in the best colour (Antigua Blue) which looks lovely and sporty. It has the Irmscher body kit which looks awesome. It's a real head turner. The hood works really well with no leaks and looks fantastic. I feel the power is enough for me, and still cheap to insure and tax. I have heated leather seats which is really nice in the evenings by the seaside! I thought the stereo would be quiet as my old car had a really good stereo but this is ex ...

Despite all of the above comments, I still love my Vauxhall Tigra. This is a really fun car to drive. It is so nice to take it out on a sunny day with the roof down. The hard top is a bonus and it looks fantastic.

I am shocked to come across bad reviews on any websites, the Vauxhall Tigra is the best purchase I have made in my many years of car purchases! Everybody loves my new Tigra including me, I have had no problem with it and I've had it for a year.

I have had my Vauxhall 'New' Tigra 1.4i since Mar 2005, and the back brakes have made a terrible noise when reversing. After taking it to Vauxhalls I was told its very common for the brakes to be noisey on this car ! As long as you stop - safety is important and I totally agree! At the same time you dont expect to pay 13K and after 6 months for the car to make these noises. I would be interested if anyone else has had this problem ??

I don't think I would recommend the new Vauxhall Tigra 1.4i to anyone. Since I have had my car it has leaked terribly. The wrong door was on the passengers side, and the alarm button fell out. The engine sounds a bit rough, and I am not a heavy footed driver. The metal cover for the accelerator has fallen off the pedal twice, and as it's a sports accelerator they need to replace the whole thing. Too much hassle than it's worth if you ask me.

I have owned 3 Tigras - this being the new convertable is fantastic. I love my car. The roof has had all the teething problems dealt with on the Peugeot (same manufacturer). The car is fun to drive though I would recommend the 1.8 Sport as opposed to the 1.4. The roof is a little heavy I feel if you need power. Although aimed at the young 20 something, me being an old(er) 40 single something get as much, if not more enjoyment out of it - and I do choose my passengers carefully, the shopping ...
