Hosting is bad - slow site and a lot of down-time. Poor customer service with a 'ticketing system' where you might have 4 or 10 different people looking at your enquiry so often you go around in circles. Not a happy customer!!...

Website very unfriendly and difficult to navigate. Customer service is very poor - actually it is the worst CS experience I have ever experienced!!! They are telling me that my issue is to do with Wordpress and not them....and don't seem interested in helping me to resolve the issue. The 123-reg service seemed to be, at first, very good. They server a number of email accounts for me, as well as a domain, which work brilliantly.
