Good Points: Very easy website, fast delivery, discreet, easy to use, fast results
Bad Points: Customer service not brilliant
General comments: I purchased a PreventX chlamydia test after I was put in the very embarassing situation of being unsure if I had caught it after my partners infidelity. I came across preventx online and decided to avoid a uncomfortable trip to a doctors or GUM clinic and do it in the comfort of my own home.
The delivery was really quick which was great as my mind was working overtime. The packaging was discreet and the product was very easy to use.
My only niggle with the whole process was that I had trouble getting through to Preventx customer services when I had a query about my order but it all turned out ok in the end.
